I like your plugin, but recently I got email from google that your site has downloadable file with malicious, when I investigated my site and scan entire site, I saw, scanner shows malicious code in your plugin gtranslate.php file, but I do understand how your code is malicious, so I deactivated your plugin. If I got the solution, I want to use your plugin.

What would be the css coding if I want downloadable file to match the language the user selects. I have created product variation english and french. I could even hide the product variation.

I don’t know the css coding. If someone could help me, I would really appreciate.

I am using woocommerce.

Hi i cannot set different downloadable file (pdf) for every language in a product in woocommerce.
Is polylang capable of this?

I have the Add Product Front End Premium installed.

After registration with woocommerce I want the user to be able to add is own virtual product. For this, he needs to upload a virtual file.
However with the Product Front End page, a registered client won’t be able to use the “Choose File” button.
The click action won’t do anything and does not throw any error in the console. It’s a problem due to access/role, since the same button will work as an admin.

Any idea on how to make this action available to the client? This is the whole point of Add Product Front End…adding/selling products themselves.

Product Image for a downloadable file within a Product

Hey, I added a Product (let’s name it Product-A) where customers get access to several downloadable files. Every file got a name and a PDF connected. In the order-view in My Account the customer only see the product image of the Product-A and the downloadable files only shows with the title of the file. Which means if I got 8 different downloadable files the customer will see the 8 same product images of Product-A. That doesn’t look good.

How can I add a product image of the downloadable files that is shown to the customer? That looks much more better. You guys follow me?

I guess two options for this:
1) Add a function where the first page of the PDF is displayed like a thumbnail.
2) Add a field in the admin dashboard in the section for downloadable files where I can upload a product image for each downloadable file.

What do you think, guys? Anyone already got some codes/plugin for this?

how to save very large JPGs as Downloadable products

A client would like to be able to sell digital copies of her artwork for download and print by her customers.

The scanned JPGs are 9933 x 7016 pixels in size.

When I upload these files to the Product Data / Choose File, it defaults to the “filename-scaled.jpg”, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to select the original file, even though it is listed as being present:

How do I make WooCommerce deliver the original unscaled image when the product is purchased?

Downloadable file problem on product
Since +/- 1 week, I have a problem with downloadable files. they are in the low data, but they are gone from the product card and bills. No download links in past and present invoices

We have noticed an issue where when we change our downloadable file that we sell, it revokes the purchasers rights to download the file. All we’re doing is updating the file, the user should still have rights to download it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WPML translation – duplicated download post does not copy the download path

Hi, there seems to be an issue for a while now. When I duplicate content for a download through WPML I always have to go to each language and re enter the download path or select the upload button again to upload the related file for download. Normally with duplicated WPML content all post info should be duplicated in all languages. With Download Monitor though there seems to be a bug where the download file is being ignored and needs to be be added manually. That cause me a huge hassle since I now have to go though so many downloads and re upload the content for each language! Is there a possibility that this could be fixed in the next version?
