i was creating a booking website for an event hall, so whenever i book an event i want to select multiple time slots depending on the program duration. ill be creating hourly time slots for all days.

Auto-Scroll Hiding Duration List

Afternoon all.

Bit of an annoying one with Amelia that I am trying hard to resolve. I have a service with custom duration/pricing set and I haven’t managed to get it to show on my form. I have been trying for just over an hour to see where any custom duration box would be?!

I then go back to my bookings page and finally found out that when you get to the Date & Time section of the booking step form, there is a really annoying auto-scroll feature that completely bypasses the duration drop box. So you have to scroll back up to select the duration drop down list.

I have looked everywhere for this auto-scroll feature and can’t see anyone else making a note of this in the forum? – Anyone have an idea on how to turn it off?

One employee & service with 2 possible durations

Hi!

It seems like a great plugin, I like the simplicity. However, there is something that I’m struggling with. Is it possible to provide one service with 2 possible values for duration? I have one “dummy” entry for employee and I have created 2 services with distinct lengths, but this setup appears to lead to possible double bookings. Same thing seems to have been described here .

Is it something I have failed to notice or is it just that the plugin does not currently support the above scenario?

Hi, when we engage “Automatic Image Compression” our upload times of products increase from on average 10 min to 30 min. We upload an average of 100 to 150 products a day, which each have 10 to 15 images associated with them. This delay is causing us lost production time of 3 to 5 hrs. a day. Any idea, why the upload time for something that is supposed to take place after upload increases so significantly? Look forward to your feedback. Thanks, Stephan

I have several issues I’ve spent days trying to sort out to no avail:

Background color for dropdown list (imported 145 “languages” dataset) is set (pink) & text to black, but still shows white on white, so it is illegible. (The same dataset for multiple choice is OK!) How do I fix this? (I set them in Preview: “Input & Textarea” + “Radio + Checklist Style”, but they remain white on white!)
In multiple choice + dropdown lists I have 2 vertical scroll bars! Why? One is enough.
I would settle for multiple choice + dropdown windows being 1 option only to avoid the double scrollbars, but I can’t find a setting for this. Is there one?
How do I translate the Label names? (“Dropdown”, “Multiple choice” etc.)

Duration in hours

Is there any plan to make it possible to choose the duration type like minutes/hours/days? This will make it easier to enter details of different services that are longer than 60 minutes in duration instead of multiplying the 60×2 or so.. Thanks for the great plugin..

I see mention in past support posts in this forum that there was at one time a setting for the minimum time that an IP address would be locked out after a brute force login attack.

Is this setting still available? I cannot seem to find it anywhere in he AIOS settings. My site is running version 5.2.9.

Different task durations for employees

my customer wants a booking system for his salon and I showed him your product. He needs to know, if it is possible to give a task different durations (example: He is faster for a specific task than his employees).
Is this possible with the Pro-Version?

Not WPML translations not applied

Your plugin says that it is compatible with WPML. Yet when I try to translate my cookies I have to do it one-by-one, Edit cookie, select language to translate, on the translation page key things are missing (type, duration can’t be translated here – I don’t know where to translate these). Only the “Category” has a proper WPML setup where you can see all languages at once like the usual WPML translations (but Category does not show up in the cookie table). So my cookie list is half empty.

Also, by default when you display the cookie list on the default language it works, but every other translation will show nothing until you have manually opened and edited each cookie. Please make the translation easier.
