Users cannot download any digital download beyond first

Hi,

I have a few files available for download for buyers of this digital product. A few users reported that they cannot download any file but the first irrespective of which option they choose.

I use Cloudflare + WP-Rocket. I have already replicated the behaviour even after disabling CF. This seems to be a recent problem.

Perhaps, I missed some setting. Any help would be highly appreciated.

The check boxes about EDD can’t be saved. The invalid issue happens with EDD.

Simple Cloudflare Turnstile and Easy Digital Downloads(EDD) are not working together.

I recently pulled the trigger and purchased EDD/Pro. Install was easy, however, I did run into a couple of little snags. I emailed EDD support each and every time they responded within an hour, with a solution. My most recent request was a form layout issue. Again they responded quickly and offered to log in to my server and resolve it. They didn’t have to, it was a design issue, but they took the extra steps and helped me. Support is just as important as the product itself. The EDD team has been available to me every step of the way in launching my new site. Thank you EDD team!!

Easy digital download bug when trying to duplicate a product

There is an important bug when using Easy Digital Downloads Pro that causes an error “The link you followed has expired.” when I try to duplicate a normal Woocommerce product (not EDD Download). I have testet it on two different sites with only Woocommerce (core) and EDD Pro activated.

I contacted EDD and got this answer back: “If you are using WooCommerce you will need to reach out to the WooCommerce developers for assistance with their plugin.”

Ive used Woocommerce before and all fine with physical products. Now I am trying to sell a digital product (PDF). What would be the best set up for this? As I it will not involve shipping.

Would WooCommerce be the correct platform for this?

So the client would pay, and then I manually would send the data to their emails.

You can sell your digital Product, your games, etc.
one of the great things is that you can receive a notifications about who buy your Product.
Also, your clients don’t need to buy again your digital prodect if they forgot the link, they just need to check a page and download it again.
