“The requested resource could not be found.”
I don’t understand where the error is. Even if I try to edit the form “Easy Forms > Opt-in Forms > Newsletter > Edit” I get this error: “We’ve encountered an error. Reload the page and try again. If the error persists, please reach out to support.”
How can I solve?
]]>I have two issues (1)when someone tries to resubscribe(Screenshot link: https://tinyurl.com/2cajds8a) or they try to (2)subscribe(perhaps not knowing if they have already subscribed) and it says that they are already subscribed and to ‘please click here to update your profile’ but it’s not hyperlinked. Is this something that I need to configure somewhere that I’ve missed? I do also apologise if this is something that has been previously posted/answered. I have searched the knowledge base and the existing posts but not come across it.

]]>I’m using an Easy Form on a WordPress site as a gateway to a visitor accessing an online application form.
We want to email capture in Mailchimp anyone who visits the form page. I’ve got it set up that they are tagged and go in a specific group once they submit the form to be redirected to the page.
This is working great for people not already on the list.
However lots of visitors who want this form are already on our email list and are now getting an error message because they are already subscribed.
So they then can’t submit the form and access the re-direct to the info they need.
It’s important to us to know who has accessed the form so we can send follow up etc.
Although they are on the email list already they aren’t within the ‘downloaded form’ group yet.
I had thought it was okay if they were on the list already when I set it up as the form submission could update their group preferences and then re-direct them? Instead, they get an error and can go no further.
Am I wrong? If they are already a list subscriber can they not then resubmit the form and access the content?
If that’s the case is the best thing to do to have a separate list for these people? I had wanted to keep to one list for my client which they segment for mailings.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
Thank you.
]]>I have Easy forms installed and the form part is working fine. I have a MC widget on my home page, and it’s now suddenly stopped working (pulls api from easy forms) Error message is ‘Failed to subscribe, please contact admin’
I can’t see anything within the plugin to change this? It’s not showing up the error under the debug function either.
I’ve tried changing the API, and still it doesn’t work.
Any ideas to help please?!
