I have always used woocommerce for e-com sites. And it’s always a huge pain getting things to look right. And if you want any flexibility at all, it’s also costly to buy all the necessary add-ons.

Working with WP Easy Cart installed on my site has been very smooth during the installation process. I am new to WP seeing I mainly did Joomla and Josh’s help during the installation and modification I needed was extremely helpful. On the spot responses to my questions but I did need to do some research being new to WP. EasyCart has many options built in so you don’t need to spend a lot of extra money on extension that other ecommerce shops don’t provide. The one important thing I have learned is choosing the correct WP Theme for EasyCart or you will have a few issues with how the store looks.

So far, so good!!

I have just started using EasyCart, downloaded, installed and setting up all my products and membership choices for a not-for-profit car organization. I thought I needed some help and submitted a couple support questions, but after a day and a half, I’ve not received a reply.

Regardless, I was able to figure out settings after watching the introduction and set up video. After a bit of testing, I think we can make this live for everyone!

I carefully considered several shopping carts for my latest project, including hosted solutions like Shopify. WPEasyCart does everything I want it to for a very reasonable price, and the tech support has been amazing both pre-purchase and since I bought the Pro license.

I can’t say enough good things about the responsiveness and helpfulness of the tech support.

The software does everything I need it to and a lot more and it’s fast.

This is my second WP Easy Cart store and in the 2 or so years since I built the last, even more features have been added. A+.

MailChimp Sync with WP EasyCart Extension

I am trying to connect the WP EasyCart MailChimp Extension to my MailChimp List.

Upon initial setup, on the MailChimp website -> “Connected Sites” menu says it’s “Connected”. However, once I press Sync Customers, Sync Products or Sync Orders in the EasyCart extension, the MailChimp website option “Connected Sites” switches from “Connected” to “Syncing”, and just stays on “Syncing” forever. It never ports over info. I only have 12 products, no orders and four test customers.

I’ve recreated/reconnected the store and lists numerous times, but with the same results.

WP EasyCart confirmed that their extension is set up properly and it is connected to MailChimp. But they said if it is still continuously syncing, to contact MailChimp. Being on a free version of MailChimp, that’s not an option.

Hopefully, a MailChimp Guru can assist here?

Spent hours trolling WP for a cart system that was affordable without having to dish out a fortune for necessary add-ons and came across EasyCart.

I am a small indie publishing company and needed a cart that could handle digital downloads, coupons, discount codes, stripe, PayPal and still look pretty, not to mention manageable at the backend in WP Admin. I am NOT a coder and if you can cope with WP then EasyCart is a doddle. When in doubt there are a myriad of videos with extra tips.

An Easy Installation with first rate online documentation AND videos.

Now I can sell my ebooks, audiobooks and hardbacks in one place and it fitted in seamlessly with my Avada Theme for my website.

I did purchase the Premium version from the onset as the price tag was affordable and certainly value for money. The support is top class. I repeat – top class – I am in a different time zone and I still get replays in my working day.

For small businesses this is a must. There are always new improvements rolling out and while I have a few minor wish list requests re-styling on images etc I have not found anything missing. I have not regretted my purchase.

Thanks EASYCart for saving the little guys out there!

I’ve used this product for about 6 years now and, at times, have considered switching to another Shopping Cart for certain elements not available with Easy Cart. What kept me here was the amazing customer service. Any time I’ve had an issue (almost always operator error) they’ve been quick to guide me to a solution.

I’m glad I stayed because now EasyCart has every plugin I needed and more.

Building an ecommerce solution for our small business was a daunting task for us. I had never built anything online before 2017 and while getting our products online for sale was a longtime wish, we had no idea where to start. After researching a couple dozen different solutions we could add to an existing WordPress blog, I kept coming back to look at WP EasyCart because it was so feature-rich right out of the box for a single price. You don’t have to keep buying more things to add to the product (in fact now they have a free version). We bought the premium version because we needed so many of the included features. Our state’s sales tax structure is complicated and the WP EasyCart plugin connects directly with the TaxCloud service that handles ALL of the sales tax for us. EasyCart also connects live with many different shipping companies so it can calculate those charges by weight and destination. Now that we have adjusted the weight of the each product to account for packaging, this is almost always perfectly accurate. Amazing connection with live payment processors; it can even do partial refunds (we chose to go with Stripe for payment processing, which is also fantastic!). Your products can be exported into a CSV file, edited in Excel, and then re-imported into the shopping cart with all changes made – this is a real time saver! Reports for orders and users can also be exported so you can track sales or send an email out to your customers. So many included features: gift cards, automatic emails for both order management and abandoned carts, inventory report, coupons, promotions, features for selling subscriptions and downloadable content – I could go on….an amazing amount of work has gone into this plug-in, and they keep improving it constantly!

Did I mention that I was new to web design? My many questions are met with quick response time and patient explanations. Their customer service is top-notch. I would totally recommend this plug-in to ANYONE who wants to sell on WordPress.

I love the new admin design and all the features the Easycart platform offers. It is easily worth it to try the free version and the professional at only 99 bucks. So cheap for what you get!

I had great support with any questions I asked. Very timely response. They also have great online support center with nice helpful videos.

The software itself has so many features I cant even start to list, but the new interface backend is so well designed and easy to maneuver through. Feels very nice, and highly recommend. I will be using on my next sites for sure!
