I get the following message:
String Locator is limited to search mode only.
Because this site is configured to not allow direct file editing, the String Locator plugin has limited functionality and may noy allow you to directly edit files with your string in them.
To edit files, you need to have the edit_themes
capability.
Anyone have any ideas where to look or how to fix and enable file editing?
]]>This lightweight and very intuitive plugin really made our life easier, removing the need of a FTP access.
It really became an essential tool for us and I can’t thank you enough for your good work.
]]>My questions are, where can I find the file to try these out in?
Does wordpress offer a way to back these files up or do I have to do this myself manually?
Do I have to download wordpress myself or can I acheive this code ‘tweaking’ in the website dashboard in the browser?
Any thoughts on why this doesn’t appear, or what other settings could be conflicting?
We’re using a Genensis theme version 2.1.2.

I have the current version and tried to install/re-install without any luck.
Any suggestions?
