Redirect to Stripe not working

The redirect to Stripe for payment after form submission is inconsistent. It works for me but not for my client and another user who tried to use the form. I’ve talked to Stripe and they say it’s an issue with your plugin.

Plugin update issue

I have enabled the auto-update for the Elementor plugin. When a new version of the Elementor plugin is available, it should update automatically. However, as you can see in the attached picture, even though the auto-update option is enabled, it is not updating automatically. When updates are overdue, some of our pages and containers stop working. We need to ensure the auto-update feature works properly. Can you please let me know what is causing this issue and how we can fix it?

Elementor Elementor carousel widget does not display the caption

Hello,

I have several Elementor image carousels on my pages, But the caption is only displayed when I am logged in to wordpress. On other devices and browsers the caption is not visible. I have also switched to show “title” or “description” without success. I have recreated the widget and reinserted images without success.

I am using: Word press Version: 6.6.2
Elementor 3.24.7 in the free version
Theme, OceanWP v3.6.1 (change to Hello Theme didnt solve the problem)

I have activated all plugins except elementor and an ionons login plugin (hosting). Without success

I have cleared the Safari history on the iphone/ipad and the MS Edge cache on the laptop.
I also tried it on the iphone with the firefox browser.

I switched to the Hello theme. unfortunately without success. so i am back with Ocean WP

I have not inserted any custom code. (i cant code), i have only inserted a map symbol via code (where there is a link to google maps, at the location information above the image carousel. i have inserted the following there:

I deleted these text fields as a test, but that didn’t help either.

I didn’t do anything with CSS.

What else can I try?

Getting White blank space After Footer in Mobile View.

Hello Everyone!

I am facing the issue after my recent update in my Elementor plugin. a big white space is visibe in my footer (Mobile View) tried all the possible ways in my small knowledge also spoke with the hosting team before opening this topic, But didn’t get any way out of this problem If you view the page in mobile view you will find a 12 digit number and if you try to scroll you can see white space.

Icons show up in elementor editor and preview, but not on actual site

When I add icons from the Elementor icon library, they show up correctly in the editor and in the page preview. But when I put the url into a different browser to view the page independently from WordPress, the icons only show up as rectangles

Site disrupted due to installation of Elementor

I’m hosting a wordpress website on Bluehost and used a theme of YITH. I had problems with the blog page and for some reason I thought it was a good idead to install Elementor plugin. By doing so Elementor overrode the theme, deleting it entirely and now I miss the home page and all the fonts and features of the website have changed. Now I can’t access or edit the site.

I have deleted the Elementor plugin, but no succes. I believe I would need to reinstall the theme, undo the changes caused by the elementor plugin. I can restore a back up since I have created a lot of content already the past days and cant afford to lose it.

Can anyone help me, what’s the best thing I can do?
