Comment and review notifications aren’t sending

Hello, I am having a problem where I am not receiving comment or review notifications to my admin email. The notifications show that they are sent in the Fluent SMTP log but never make it to my inbox. I don’t receive any errors of a bounce either. If I click the resend link in the log, the email with go through just fine. Do you know what might be causing this? All other emails are working no problem and I double checked to make sure comment notifications for the admin email is enabled. I am using Amazon SES as my email provider. Thank you!

Of course I might be biased, but I believe this is a must-to-have plugin to protect your brand and digital identity or just to increase the chances to land in the recipient’s inbox.

Missing tables: wp_wpmailsmtp_tasks_meta, wp_wpmailsmtp_debug_events

WP Mail SMTP is using custom database tables for some of its features. In order to work properly, the custom tables should be created, and it seems they are missing. Please try to re-install the WP Mail SMTP plugin. If this issue persists, please contact our support.

Emails no longer come through

Hi,

I have been using Formidable Forms for a few years. I hadn’t noticed until a client got in touch recently that they had sent us a message which hadn’t been received. This seemingly has been the case for a little over a week.

I don’t think (beyond updating the plugin) this has been an issue historically.None of our settings have been changed in recent years and everything has otherwise ticked along nicely.

I have tried to change some of the settings however unfortunately nothing appears to be working.

Any help would be great.

Seems to work fine so far. Some suggestions would be to add more to the installation instructions both in the plugin as well as the plugin page itself, as well as information on the value upgrades might bring. It took several tweaks to get it up and running after a few false starts but all seems fine now.

Important Plugin for Site Owners that WORKS!

I just don’t know how anyone who runs a site can do it without this plugin. When someone reports they “did not get the email” the only way to investigate is to be able to say with 100% certainty that the mail was sent is to have a plugin such as WP Mail Log. This plugin works IMMEDIATELY – OUT OF THE BOX. And doesn’t nag or hold back functionality to force you to upgrade.

I am using this plugin on many different installations. Some are sending email via Google, some are using the default WP Mail from their hosting company, SendGrid (who I can no longer recommend) and MailGun. It doesn’t matter, I get a record of the email and if necessary I can resend it.

This plugin is unreliable. My test account, which did receive the confirmation email and appears under “Audiences,” hasn’t gotten a single email since then despite a couple of new posts being published.

Uninstalling now.

Hello,

I use MailPoet 3 on my WordPress website to send out newsletter emails. It doesn’t seem that emails are being delivered though. The last newsletter I sent received a poor “opened” rating of 6.8%, opened ratings for previous newsletters have been around 50%. I tried sending a couple of test emails to my gmail but they never arrived. I have the plugin setup to use the MailPoet sending service and am using the most recent version of the plugin. Any ideas what might be causing this?
