Can Not Email Certificates

I can not email the pdf certificate from either the order or from the Manage Invoices section. My email log shows an “Invalid address: (From):” error. The email notifications for Woocommerce work just fine.

WPForms Notifications settings ignoring input, sending to wrong address

I recently helped a client set up her website, and we’re having trouble with the contact form, which was created via WPForms.

When someone tries to send her an email, either:

1. They get an error, saying the email couldn’t be sent.

2. Or their email sends, but it goes to MY address, even though I specifically put HER email address in the “Send To Email Address” field in the Notifications tab in WPForms’ settings.

The client and I are both admins in the site. Her admin account was created after mine.

I have not yet set up WP Mail SMTP, as I’m trying to get her to create a branded email before I do that. (She currently has a gmail address.)

The WPForms’ Notifications page is also ignoring all the other instructions I give it. Here’s what I wrote in each field, vs. what actually happens when someone uses the form to send a message:

Send To Email Address:
What I wrote: My client’s address
What it sends to: My address

Email Subject Line:
What I wrote: “New Message via InnerViewSolutions contact form”
What it says in the emails I receive: “New Entry: Simple Contact Form”

From Name:
What I wrote: “New Message from Contact Page”
What it says in the emails I receive: “Flute Artist” (The name of our website’s theme.)

From Email:
What I wrote: {admin_email}
What it shows in the emails I receive: My email
(I tried putting her email in this field, to no effect.)

If anyone knows how to get WPForms to acknowledge the instructions I give it in the settings, and how to stop people from getting an “email can’t be sent” error when they try to fill out the contact form, I’d appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Login Email address error not showing

I have a login page where in the setting i’ve put a validation with unique email. But once, on my front-end when i write something other than an email address it doesnt show any error. Only the password is showing an error (please rewrite your password).

When “ddd” is type in shouldnt an error like “enter a valid email address” by shown?

Is there a way to change this ?

In the registration i use a custom validation code found here : https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1697-email-validation-in-registration and it works. But i’ve tried put it in the login page also but it doesnt do anything.

The only error message i get is when the field is empty.

Email notification automatically disabled. not getting emails on new order

Hi there,

Thanks for your valuable support. We’re not getting emails on new orders. We’ve tried few times to enable email notification on Woocommerce> Settings> Emails> New order> Manage.

We found the tick mark automatically being uncheck after the page relaod.

Landing pages no longer submitting email subscribers

My landing pages that are linked to my WordPress via the Mailmunch plugin are no longer working. When you enter first name and email, click submit, you get “email error”. When inspecting the page it is as if the button is not actually doing anything and not calling the action.

When I submit on the actual mailmunch landing page directly it works fine.

On my other website, my landing pages all have this issue now with “email error”, but FORMS oddly work correctly and submit the information to my lists.

Anyone else having this issue? Very frustrating.

WooCommerce not sending emails

Hi, this includes a repeat of a comment I made on another thread (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/denied-by-rules/) as I realised afterward that it had already been marked as resolved.

My client uses this plugin at its most basic, and just splits orders manually. Only four things in the plugin’s settings have ever been ticked by myself or the client:
– Enable order duplication or cloning
– Display Order Notes Fields on Checkout Page
– Display Billing Details Form on Checkout Page
– Display Shipping Details Form on Checkout Page

The rest is left as-is.

However, through a process of elimination – and a Google result that led me to the previously mentioned thread – I have narrowed down this plugin as the cause of Woo’s emails not being sent to either the customer or the client. I installed a logger to catch emails being sent from the website, and everything unrelated to Woo sends successfully – but Woo emails are ‘DENIED BY RULES’ with the error that ‘You must provide at least one recipient email address.’

Nothing is ticked or filled in under the ‘Email’ tab in your plugin, in any section (ON/OFF, Placeholders, SMTP Settings, Test Email, Default Emails) because I don’t want Order Splitter to handle any of these things.

How do I need to configure this plugin in order to let the client split orders manually, leave everything else alone and let Woo do its thing?

Your plugin does not send email, and provides the following error in the “send test” field:
Error: email could not be sent, please check if your settings are correct and saved.

I’m using WP Mail SMTP for outgoing email, and used the same email address both in your plugin configuration in Reply-To Address and Email for Notifications and in SMTP plugin.

Please advise how to resolve the error. thank you.

Let me mention that WooCommerce emails work properly, where both the customer and the admin get emails for new order, shipped, etc.

I’ve also disabled WP Mail SMTP, and the same error happens. Let me mention that without the SMTP plugin emails also arrive to destination.

Please advise the reason for the error, and the solution.
