When customizing the form response message it is impossible to format the text, but also to insert images. After several attempts the image is still not displayed, but a broken link symbol appears.

Even when the text is wrapped, it does not retain the formatting in the email.

Is there a way to choose the font of the email?
Why don’t the images appear?
Why doesn’t the text retain the preview settings?

Is it possible to stop full email message being stored in the email log?

First of all, this is a great plugin. It has solved a lot of issues I was having with sending emails.

The question I have is about the email log. For confidentiality reasons I would prefer not to have the full email message stored in the log. Is there a way to stop the full message being stored?

I know I could disable logging completely, but it’s really useful to have a log of all the other information. It’s just the actual email message I don’t want to store within WordPress.

At first I thought changing the Maximum Transcript Size might change how much of the message is saved, but I now realise that’s not the case.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

I just changed my password on a test user account, and the email I received confirming the password change has the generic (wrong) email address, sender name, and message. However, under the email settings there’s no section customizing for this particular kind of email. I had previously customized all possible email messages under the settings and all of them that I’ve tested have worked properly until this one. Am I missing something or is there some way I can fix this?

Is there a way to change the default email message body that a new registered affiliate receives. At the moment on the default install the message body is as follows….

Username: #######
Password: ################
https://www.example.com/wp-login.php

Your request to join the Affiliate Program is pending approval.

I’d like to change the default link address in the body to https://www.example.com/affiliate-area/ as when they click on /login.php this page and log in here it doesn’t give them any link to their affilate dashboard for some reason.

Hi;

Can a different message be sent based on a response provided on the orignial form? For instance, If I ask a question and it has a Response of Yes or No and based on the answer an email is sent, so Yes would send email A and if the answer is No, I send email B.

Is this possible? If so how, please?

I’ve seen variations of my issue but haven’t found a solution. Whenever an email is sent out to all of my users, the following email is received:

“Email has been sent to 36 users, but 72 recipients were originally found. Perhaps some users don’t have valid email addresses?”

I only have 36 users registered. It’s somehow finding everyone twice!

The only thing I can think of that may be causing this would be bbpress forums. Is it possible that the email users plugin is somehow counting each user twice due to their additional roles in the forums?

How do I resolve this?

Hi,

i want to edit the notification email message for a job application. (recipient is employer).

I followed the instructions from: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/applications-customising-application-email/

But i can’t seem to retrieve the $candidate_email when i try to put the code in functions.php (jobify theme function). The email value become blank. where can i edit the original code?
