The hoster blocked the ability to send outgoing mail due to the large number of invalid emails in the mailing list. How can I clean the base?

Hi there,

I have around 4000 subscribers and around 3500 in one list. I am currently sending out daily newsletters via WP-Mail with the following settings:

Send Emails At Most Every: 10 minutes
Maximum Emails To Send In An Hour: 400
Maximum Emails To Send At once: 100

It seems to be taking forever to send emails and as I am sending daily newsletters, there becomes a backlog of people receiving emails from about 3 days ago.

Can anyone tell me the best way to be sending these emails on the free plan?

I have a website that is hosted on a private server, the client would like the emails generated to send to and from the same server ip, so that the email never goes out onto the internet. Does anyone know if this is possible? We are using WP forms as the form plugin.

Hello,

I am using Odude Ecard Plugin for my WordPress website https://theoff.info.

After personalizing ecards and hitting the Send Ecard button, ecard was sent message appears on the webpage. However, ecard is not delivered to the recipient.

I have contacted the plugin developer. The developer says it is server issue.

Could anyone help in resolving email server issue? So the ecard is delivered to the recipient.

My web host is Yahoo.

Failure to receive Email after successful submit

So we have a WordPress site with Contact Form 7, Download Monitor, and Email Before Download set up. Everything was working up until recently (?).

Basically, after a successful Contact Form is submitted, Email Before Download kicks in, and presents the proper file from Download Manager. Everything seems to work on the site. But when we check our designated email there is no sign of a form submitted.

We’ve tested the email address that we use in CF7 externally, and it seems to work. For whatever reason, it seems that CF7 is dropping the email.

Any clue as to what’s happening? I’ve scrounged the FAQ and this forum with no success. =(

I have a wordpress site that I am hosting on my own server. I need to know where do I setup the SMTP server so news users who sign up get activation emails? I cant find it anywhere and the site is not sending emails.
