Subscribe widget isn’t responsive

I tried to add a subscribe button through the Jetpack widget on my site but it doesn’t show on mobile until about an hour later. I tried to move it from the primary sidebar to the header area, but it’s now stuck in the sidebar on the mobile version. On desktop, I can see the widget in the header area as I wanted. What could be causing this glitch ?

Website Images aren’t properly fit in the Box

I have a problem with my Website. When I update the Covernews theme to the latest version. Then website images are not properly fit in the boxes. Every image is shown in its original width and height and other area of the box is empty.

Feedburner subscriptions – how do I transfer to Jetpack?

Hello!
I have been using Feedburner for 10 years to notify subscribers when I post new content on my blog. I need help, as Feedburner will no longer be offerring this service.

Can I add the current subscriptions on fb to jp? I don’t want to lose them!

I have downloaded the CSV file of subscribers.

Then, I need advice on how to set up this service on my website.

Is anyone out there with patience and kindness that can direct me to the info I need and help me through this transition?

Website didn’t Load Correctly.

Hello, Covernews Support Team,

I install your Covernews theme on my website, In the beginning, the website load correctly and fast, but now it didn’t load correctly and takes time to load the page. I attached the picture of the issue.

During website load, everything is blank and loads slowly and after 5-6 seconds it completely loaded.

Feedburner changes in July

Hello, google has just announced the end of feedburner email subs from July.

I found this plugin as a feedburner alternative for my email subscribers but before I set it up can someone confirm whether or not the redirect will work once google stops the email sub service from their end ?

How to enable email subscriptions for one language – so that if you are on the French page when you click subscribe you only get emails notifying you of new posts in French for example?

I don’t have a newsletter just the standard email notification of a new post. It would be handy to avoid people getting two emails per post (as I publish in 2 languages).

I created a website in WordPress and I use your theme “COVERNEWS”.
When I install the theme, then most of the functions in the theme are not working properly.
I didn’t know what happen to the theme.

The function like:
The main banner section is not working.
The search button is not working.
Back to top button is not working.
Flash posts are not moving.

Can you please tell, what can I do to solve this issue. Please help me.

How to add redirect email subscription form in wordpress?

Hi Everybody,

I have a question.

I want to add a simple email subscription form to my WordPress website. Where new user just enters their email address and after the click on submit button they redirect to another page automatically. I use a lot of WordPress plugins but every plugin has a redirect option in their PRO version.

Is there any free plugin in which the redirect option is available for free?

Currently, I installed the [Subscribe Form] plugin but this is no option for the redirect. (I give the link to the website.)

I use WPForms in which this option is available for free but I can’t see new subscribers’ email without purchase the plugin.

Or if someone has HTML source code to solve this problem.

Hi,

So I added the plugin and it sits at the top of my site on each page, there is an option to minimise it and it all looks to be fine. That is until the person tries to subscribe to my site using it, once they hit submit it comes back with a “sorry we’ve experienced an error”.

I’ve tried troubleshooting on my site and I can’t find anything wrong so I would greatly appreciate the help.
