After creating a test campaign, I noticed it was stuck in the “running” status when attempting to send emails. To validate the campaign, I manually entered an email, and it worked as expected. I believe I’ve identified the resolution.
Upon further investigation, I noticed that, during your testing phase, when you request manual input of an email to test the campaign, you’re utilizing wp_mail. I enabled and updated the “wp mail smtp” plugin instead, and it appears the campaign is now functioning properly.
]]>When I changed the DNS zone from my host to “QUIC.CDN”, emails are not sent anymore!
Prior to this change, email delivery was fine. My mail SMTP was working fine.
I should point out that I do not use any third party mail delivery service. I use my host’s email service.
Now the emails are NOT being sent anymore.
The error message displayed is as follows:
“SMTP error: Cannot connect to SMTP host”.
Please, how to solve this problem?
Thank you,

What am I missing?
The credit card transaction goes through but neither the new order or completed order email is sent out. Also if I go into the order from the backend I notice the PDF isn’t created. If I manual create the PDF and then send the new order and completed order email manual in the backend it works fine.
This is a major issue.
Thank you
]]>When new customer is buying item and option “Create account” is clicked there is no order emails at all.
When the same user but already registered, is buying something emails are sent normally.
Also when guest is buying items without creating account emails are sent normally.
This code added to functions.php
add_filter( 'woocommerce_defer_transactional_emails', '__return_false' );
is resolving an issue.
I think there is some bug connected to sending emails and creating an account in version 3.0 and above .
