However, I am curious if visitors to my blog who click on embedded YouTube videos count as actual views on YouTube? The embedded videos are smaller in size per my preference selection on the plugin.
Per YouTube/Google, views on embedded external videos count as actual views on YouTube. However, I am not sure if the same is true after you optimize the embedded videos using YouTube Lyte (without using the API).
Does the crosstalk between platforms still happen in order to update the YouTube stats?
Thanks.
]]>When using the WordPress video player everything works fine, but none of the embedded videos seem to work. In the developer tools, when click on a video a 404 error is shown after the GET request. This is said to be related to privacy and permissions, but everything is fine on the Vimeo end. It seems to be a plugin issue.
Please advise if you have any ideas. I cannot attach a link to the site problem as it is a paid membership page.
]]>I have a problem on my website that I don’t know if it can be fixed with some code.
This is when I try to embed a video on a page from “Vimeo”. I do it from the WordPress block editor “Gutemberg”. As I manage the rest of the elements on the pages and the entries.
But unlike the other elements when I publish the result, this embedded video is not centered like the rest of the elements. Although this is indicated from the block editor.
I am not sure that it can be fixed from the Theme. But I just can’t think of anything else.
I leave you a couple of examples of how it looks.
Is there a line of code that can solve this?
Thank you
]]>In my last blog post I have three embedded YouTube videos, but there is a lot of white space above each video that I don’t think I am able to fix without editing the CSS. However, I know nothing about how to do that. The theme I am using is OceanWP. Please help!

Thanks!

I’m having a problem with embedded videos from YouTube and Vimeo on my new WordPress site (which hasn’t launched yet, so I’m not sure if you’ll be able to see it with the link above). We have the background set to semi-transparent, and, as a result, the embedded videos are semi-transparent, too. Is there an easy way to make the video backgrounds opaque (e.g., by putting them in an opaque container)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Andrew
]]>again thank you for this great theme, it is extremely useful and beautiful,
this time I have two questions , the first is how to fix problems with embedded videos , when i activate ‘Excerpt Length’ option, the embedded video wont go fullscreen properly, i hope you know how to fix that , because if i won’t do the ‘Excerpt Length’ the post at ‘latest posts’ will go extremely long,
and second how to make the title wrap color more opacity, because the big size of image post stucks hidden because of that,
thank you and i hope to hear anything from you.
