I removed all the widgets from the footer and it leaves some empty space left between the content and the site-info footer. How can I remove it? I can’t find a .class that works in my css style sheet to apply display: none
.
cheers,
Rod
However, I want to remove the entry-footer and create entry-meta. There is one topic for that, but it is not very detailed. I have almost zero understanding of PHP or making a child theme, but it seems like that’s what would be required to figure this out. I would greatly appreciate any help. I would like to have an entry-meta under the title that shows posted date, categories, and tags.
Thanks!
]]>I can add the shortcode inside the events content template and in my events lists with expected results. However, from a UI/UX standpoint, on single events this extra taxonomy information belongs in the entry footer like the rest of site’s content.
Has anyone successfully modified this bit for the Events Manager events?
]]>maybe it’s too obvious for me to find out by myself but I’d like to publish posts without showing nor the posted-on date neither the author’s name (my username) in the entry footer
that’s my website: https://green.pc-web.eu
thanks
]]>Can anyone help me so the standard entry-footer displays only the parent category like this on the single post display:
July 8th / Events
Instead of this:
July 8th / Events, Skateboarding..
Thanks!
]]>I would really like to fix this formatting but don’t know how to do it. Can anyone help? I know the code for that is in the template tags file, but I don’t know php well enough to know how to force some spaces between those entries. I’d even be happy with them on separate lines.
Sample of what I’m talking about can be seen here: https://www.robertamurray.ca/goals/spring-cleaning/
]]>I’d like to change the way entry-footer looks like: by default it brings up “published in [category name]” line, tags and comments link. I want to change it so only comments link was there.
But how? I see that you made a class ‘entry-footer’ and call it in like every template part file from /template-parts.
Thanks in advance!
