Can anyone help?
]]>So I bought this theme wich, except for Jkit Nav menu it works great:
https://preview.themeforest.net/item/xyber-cybersecurity-agency-it-security-elementor-template-kit/full_screen_preview/48093612
And as you can see in the preview the menu looks just ok, but when I import the template in my wp installation, everything looks exactly the same EXCEPT for the Jkit nav menu which looks like this:
https://ibb.co/7NNLkTF
And also, when I try to select the menu items I see this: https://ibb.co/SRb6qrC
Now, I’ve tried different Jkit versions from 2.6.7 to 2.5 no luck, also regenerated cache, reinstalled theme, etc. Nothing seems to work, can you please help me?
Thanks in advance
UPDATE: had to first install the elementor starter theme.
]]>Maybe if they would check the items they offer so that everything corresponds to the description and offer support for the products they sell it would be a nice service. But at the moment everything I found on Envato Elements is a waste of time and money, better design the website from scratch, it is easier.
The fact there is no review system for the elements and themes they have is saying it all!
]]>Example, I have two products: Product 1, Product; Licences: License1, License2
I can activate Product 1 with License 2, it shouldn’t be possible – in a another way, it’s required to add “ITEM ID” to the source code as well as need to check with Envato API if it’s the correct one.
]]>If you have one theme/plugin on one domain, it works fine and good. But… If you have multiple items ( one plugin/one theme ), the current version doesn’t work as it should be. First activation works but it’s populating the “activation” data to the table already, therefor there’s no way to check the second item.
Workaround was to create different fields for the different items:
envato_purchase_code__item1
envato_token__item1
envato_is_activated__item1
envato_purchase_code__item2
envato_token__item2
envato_is_activated__item2
For multiple purchase codes on the same website, the system is NOT throwing an error message and allows you to use everything on the same website. For example, you have 5 plugins and 3 themes on your account. I purchased 1 plugin and 3 themes. I can actually activate the theme by using the plugin purchase code as it’s not checking if it’s the same item or not but it’s checking if it’s same domain. I hope you understand what I mean and you could provide some solution.
In addition you should update json_encode with wp_json_encode for better security.
Seemed to be going well but have hit an intermittent issue when trying to edit blocks, with a never-ending ‘circling’ wheel.
The site is up and operational at the front end, although on my cellphone my Chrome browser seems to get hijacked when trying to view the site and takes me elsewhere. I don’t get the same issue with Edge, it’s fine.
I have had my hosting provider, Blue Host clear the cache on the server side, on the advice of my theme support and also check PHP, there was a suggestion to change version, which I haven’t done yet.
Latest suggestion from my theme provider is that my site has been hacked, but I have used a couple of analysis sites to prove this and all results come back clean.
Was advised to only use WP Bakery with this theme as Elementor can ‘upset’ it. I have tried to disable all plugins only to get the same outcome.
I am at the end of my tether, the issue disappeared for about a day, but is now back and so I am left with a site I can’t edit.
On trying to load a different theme (Add), I now get the following error:
An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the?support forums.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Sean.
]]>We have a SaaS platform which we will share on envato. It’s not WordPress, it’s coded in PHP Laravel.
There is already a license check screen built-in but a deeper integration is needed (like to check agains concurrent use, support period etc.)
My Question is, can we us this plugin on our wordpress site to save & check user data, to validate?
]]>Update in progress…
There has been a critical error on this website.
This was all submitted two days ago through your ticket site (#3341111) and we’ve not received. The plugin is sitting in there as Deactivated because when it’s activated we get this error…
Fatal error: Cannot declare class UniteProviderDBUG, because the name is already in use in /chroot/home/a5ea3e09/hostingURL.com/html/wp-content/plugins/unitegallery@/inc_php/framework/provider/provider_db.class.php on line 12
We had to install the Lite version of the plugin so that galleries would work on the website, but it doesn’t allow us to go over 20 photos and that doesn’t work for our purposes. Please advise.
]]>I’m freelancer from Ukraine.
I’m going to begin work with US clients. I would like to use free Envato templates and create sites in Elementor.
Could I sell my clients sites that was created by free Elementor’s and Envatos elements? Is it legal? Or I should buy special licence on this platforms?
I will grateful for advice.
Thank you in advance!
]]>I downloaded the free app of social stream and found most of the features inaccessible. They sell thru Envato elements which becomes code canyon, which becomes theme forest, so you never really know who you are dealing with. I purchased the Pro license and downloaded it. But what I downloaded from Envato does not work. Every attempt at uploading the plugin produces a “plugin not compatible” message. I thought I purchased the wrong product and ended up buying the same thing again, another item they have ignored in terms of a refund.
I alerted Solwin and Envato to this problem. Envato finally replied. Solwin, despite my sending them screenshots of the process including proof of purchase, duplicate purchase download, setup, and error message, continues to reply with gibberish-like suggestions: “the Facebook license has not been entered,” or telling me “to download and install the plugin”. When I have documented to them 10 times that the plugin will not install. I am sorry I heard of these predators.
Stay away. Zero Stars.
And I recommend thinking twice about doing business with the circus of Envato products and collections since they are twice removed from the product, developer, and support.
