Statistics are updated in some parts, but not in others. Let me explain: in some posts, the daily statistics are correct, but these are not added to the month or week visits. The same thing happens with the details history, whose total monthly visits have been “hung” at the end of that month. Like the posting activity graph, which shows up to the post published on April 28.
Interestingly, if I look into JetPack through WordPress.com, everything is correct.
I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting JetPack from the blog administration panel, but it didn’t work.
I also know that it is not a problem with my browser, since I have the same behavior when accessing it from iOS, Windows or MAC.
Any ideas what other steps I could take?
]]>I got the above message and so left it as a link for a while. I am now trying to get it to embed in the same way as the others do. It is a link to a different page, on a website which has already embedded successfully.
It won’t embed in an Embed block from the block editor, nor from a paragraph block, nor from a classic editor block.
Does anyone have an idea what may be going wrong?
Thanks, Mary
]]>Multiple users (including us) have reported issues with your plugin when a website uses a combination of caching plugins or tools (e.g., SG Optimizer, WP Rocket, Cloudflare, KeyCDN, etc).
Based on the above, kindly provide a cache-busting filter that will allow us to cache pages containing wpDiscuz, except the dynamic content injected by your plugin (i.e., comments section, article rating feature, etc.)
To help you further, please refer to this post.
Gravity Forms has developed such a filter as shown here. If not sure how to develop one, they can probably help you develop one.
This is very important for us and many of your users. Please assist.
Thank you in advance for your help. Great plugin. We love every bit of it, except this part
Cheers!

]]>The first couple pictures fade-in/out perfectly at the right time and look great! But after about picture 5, suddenly it’s only displaying the picture for about half the time, and then it speeds up even more, and starts switching *way* too fast and slows down and speeds up to no end.
However, it all works perfectly if I disable the transition effect (fade out).
Is something on my site conflicting with the transition? I couldn’t find any other posts with a similar problem…

]]>Got a tiny problem with my favicon file not always showing the right icon! The old version pops up from time to time.
I tried searching the whole directory on the server via firezilla for “favicon.ico”, but can only find the ‘correct’ favicon.ico file.
Where can it be pulling the old file from beats me!
Any ideas anyone?
When selecting images for the post in media browser & clicking ‘insert into post’ the images aren’t appearing in the file gallery window (v1.7.7).
However if you upload an image for a post via the media browser it works but only after clicking the refresh attachments button in the file gallery window.
Seems like there’s no associating going on behind the scenes so attachments can’t be related to any post except for the post they were uploaded too.
There are no javascript errors and i’ve disabled all other plugins which makes no difference.
Are other people experience similar problems?
best, Dc
