Unable to Resync Jetpack With New Site

Currently I have moved my web hosting from WordPress.com to Bluehost.com, and I want to move my Jetpack linkage with it, so my readers still can get E-mail notifications when new posts come out. However, my old Jetpack linkage is still on a wpcomstaging site (https://countzeroor.wpcomstaging.com/), and I’m not able to link the Connection Manager to unlink it from my old site and re-link it to the new.

When attempting to access the Connection Manager directly on the old site (through “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack-connection-manager”), I get the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” and when attempting to activate Jetpack on the new site, I get the error “401: Jetpack: [unknown_token] It looks like your Jetpack connection is broken. Try disconnecting from WordPress.com then reconnecting.”

I just want my readers to still be able to get E-mail notifications for new blog posts. Can you help me?

“401 Invalid API Key” error

Hi,

I try to display on my website the weather forcast for the next 3 days but only a 401 Invalid API Key error will be displayed. I had a look at your FAQ:
https://ujsoftware.com/owm-weather-blog/owm-weather-faq/ and suscribed to the OpenWeather’s OneCall API 3.0.

I think the issue is that the plugin tries to call this link:

https://api.openweathermap.org/data/2.5/onecall?lon=12.3333&lat=47.8667&mode=json&exclude=minutely&lang=de&units=metric&APPID=XXX

but the right link is:

https://api.openweathermap.org/data/3.0/onecall?lon=12.3333&lat=47.8667&mode=json&exclude=minutely&lang=de&units=metric&APPID=XXX

(with 3.0 instead of 2.5). Is there a bug here or may I have some wrong settings somewhere?

Cant send any email (address not authorized)

Hello.

When I have the email ready to be sent, on the address settings it says this message in red:

It is not an authorized email address. Authorize it now.

If I click on Authorize it now, it waits for around 5 seconds and says:

There was an error while processing a request. The server returns response code 401
There was an error processing your request. Please try again later

How could I solve it? The address works perfectly and the smtp is working emails everytime on my wordpress website and server hosting / domain.

Apparently I can not get a Domain Key untill this error code exist.

Logging Out Shows Error 401 Please Help

Hi.

I’ve got a couple of websites having an issue when logging out, whenever a user tries to log out it shows a default Google “Sign In” popup, not one for Gmail, but as a message on top of the page. If you try to sign in as “normal” then it doesn’t do anything and if you cancel it shows error 401. Either thing you choose is worthless and won’t do anything, if anyone knows how to fix this please reply.

Hi,

I’ve installed BitIntegrations in a website and followed all the steps to get an integration with Google Sheets to work. And it worked.

But now I’m getting this error in the Timeline:

I’ve installed Autoptimize and WP Fastest Cache and thought it was a cache problem. But I’ve deactivated both and the problem persists.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Hello there,

After 3 hours on the phone with GoDaddy Support, the supervisor has sent me here to see if anyone can help fix my problem with Woocoomerce Shipping.

When I go to Woocommerce to Orders and click on an order and Create a shipping label I get this error message:

Error: The Woocommerce Shipping and Tax Server returned: unauthorized invalid credentials (401).

Please help! I can’t print shipping labels for my orders!

This problem started happening after a security breach and GoDaddy installed a firewall. We tried deactivating the firewall but the problem persists.

how can I sort it out?

maybe is something wrong on Merchant ID (Production) or Secret Key (Production) ?

Also which is the difference between SandBox and Production?
