I can supply url to support but not publicly for obvious reason
]]>We recently updated latest version of plugin after updating site is not opening, showing 505 error. after deactivate the plugin site is working fine, how can we use the plugin without site down.
]]>This is obviously THE superb optimiser plugin out there in 2020. However, I still have the aforementioned issue. This still needs to be referenced in 2020. The clock icon keeps spinning without progress bar progressing, or the progress bar stalls at certain percent.
Need to thank https://www.ads-software.com/support/users/joeinfo/ for pushing this issue to be heard.
Please re-open the topic so it can be referenced with further solutions:

Here is my yesterday’s snippet of the Chrome Error Console:
https://snippi.com/s/dojg3g0
As the user joeinfo has noted, what works is to simply try and try again, at least 3 times in a row, always with Chrome Error console open (so you can see when the error occurs) and the process will be succesfully completed on the third try. Usually the first try is Internal Error 505 and it freezes the process at XX%, the 2nd try is usually error 505 and it hangs with the clock icon spinning, and the 3rd try it goes without error (it picks up the process from what has been already processed).
]]>WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘”1″’ at line 1 for query SELECT * FROM wp_cpappbk_forms WHERE id=”1″ made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-includes/template-loader.php’), include(‘/plugins/elementor/modules/page-templates/templates/header-footer.php’), Elementor\Modules\PageTemplates\Module->print_content, call_user_func, Elementor\Modules\PageTemplates\Module->print_callback, the_content, apply_filters(‘the_content’), WP_Hook->apply_filters, do_shortcode, preg_replace_callback, do_shortcode_tag, CP_AppBookingPlugin->filter_content, CP_AppBookingPlugin->insert_public_item, include(‘/plugins/appointment-hour-booking/cp-public-int.inc.php’), CP_APPBOOK_BaseClass->get_option
It seems to have to do with the appointment-hout-booking plugin, but the point is that I’ve already unistalled it and it’s not being used in any part of my WebSite.

The pther ages are working perfectly in both languages, then the problem is just with the index of both webs.
What else could be happening if everything has been working fine until today? Should I reinstall the web again? or must I run the back up generated the last time it was working fine?
Thank you very much!

Installation of EM worked.
Upgraded WP to 3.4.2 and entire admin area crashes with an error 505 message.
Disabling EM restores the admin area.
