Is there any way to setup the plugin to send an error report to the site admin when someone unsuccessfully filled out a form? That way we can be proactive on repairing any issues rather than wait and hope someone emails us when the form isn’t working.

There are many entries in my error log file that repeat the same error, presumably every time a gallery image is used in a particular way (I used xxxxxx where a domain or folder name used):

Have constant errors in log:
[Tue May 21 16:18:32 2013] [error] [client 66.249.78.120] PHP Warning: mkdir(): Permission denied in /var/www/sapi.com.ua/wp-content/plugins/shorten-url/core.class.php on line 794
on every site touch.

Also when trying open plugin settings from WPAdmin console got tons of:

and log file grows infinitely until free space finished.

Any suggestions?

Daily Error from Delicacy

I receive daily errors from delicacy theme as follows:

I also get the following error:

None of it seems to affect the site, but I’m not sure if it will in the future. The errors per day are also growing in number and have been continuous since installing this theme. Any help would be appreciated.

I just installed this plugin on a recommendation. Today I got my first error report – “you have an error on this page . . .” and that is it. How do I know where the error is? There is no information or anything. Very confusing.
