Possible to hide Event description details, but still show the title

Hi, I love your calendar and want to use it however I do not see an option to hide all event details while still being able to see the title of the event. Is this possible to do in any way?

Event details load only for the first calendar, not the other calendars

Hi,

I get a recurrent problem when I use 2 different calendars on the same page: events details are loaded only for the first calendar. They are then recycled for the other one and the details are the same as in the first calendar.

It also seems to interact with our visual editor WPBakery because we can’t load when there are 2 different calendars on the same page…

Do you have any idea on how we could solve it? some CSS or something else?

How To Edit “Event Details” Hyperlink

How can I edit the “Event Details” hyperlink? I’d like to add this URL:

Currently when you click Event Details, it just refreshes the calendar page to current date.

If I cannot edit/add link, how can I delete the “Event Details” hyperlink?

EventOn compatibility with WP Block Editor

I am having trouble when I try to edit an event with the WP block editor. The edit option bar vanishes and this makes it difficult to edit the blocks in the Event Details. If I create a page or a post, the WP block editor behaves as expected with the same blocks but with an event, the edit option bar for the block has vanished.

Buttons Block in Event Details

We are trying to set up a series of links from the events detail portion of an event. Editing the event takes us to the standard WordPress Block Editor. I have tried a number of options that can be seen in the following events:

Northland IOM Championships – Row of buttons
DF95 Nationals – Custom Meta Data
IOM National Championships – Table with buttons
Canterbury IOM Championships – Table with text links

Our preferred option is 1, the row of buttons but when rendered in the event, something has added blank lines between the buttons. The html shows paragraph tags.

There is a fifth option that I tried which was using a row layout with advanced buttons but when looking at the event (DF65 South Island Championships) nothing is visible even when colours are set.

I notice in the block editor the the edit options bar for some of the blocks is not visible when editing an event. If I am editing a post or page then they are present.

Are there restrictions on what blocks can be added in the Event Details?

Event Details column width

When I go to the details of an event, the column width is very narrow and the featured image looks as though it’s zoomed in to about 400%. I suspect this is a theme issue (Evolve), but if anyone can point me in the right direction as to how I correct this, I’d be very grateful.

Event location is duplicated in the event details view

When I open an event in the event details view, the location of the event appears two times, separated by a new line (“” in the HTML)

This issue is present for all events and all locations.

The version is 6.0.11

tribe_events_event_details showing in wrong postbox-container

The tribe_events_event_details div is being displayed in the postbox-container-1 on the right hand side when editing an event, rather than the main postbox-container-2 area.

It displays in the correct location (postbox-container-2) OK on my local dev site but the staging site where the client has access is displaying its on the right along with the Publish/Featured image meta panels.

Are there settings somewhere to control this? I don’t know if the client has managed to switch something somewhere… the client is a charity (thus the free version being used), run by older people (thus the inability to discover if anything has been changed by them).

Could just do with some pointers on where to start looking for this issue…

I have installed the WP event manager and event listing theme, its a clean WordPress installation I haven touched any theme config.
