Any advice is much appreciated.
Thanks,

]]>I really like your plugin but I was wondering if the free or pro version tracks form event types (when someone enters their name and email, it will show this type of activity) and scrolling (if someone scrolls 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%, it will capture this activity)?
Also, I still need Google Analytics so we can retarget our customers via ads. If I install another plugin like header footer code manager just to insert the GA ID in the header of every page (to clarify I am not installing a google analytics plugin to track visits inside of my dashboard like monsterinsights) will I run into any problems?
Thank you and your prompt response is always appreciated!
]]>It’s incredibly straightforward to set up. From simple page visit conversions to form submission-based conversions (I use the Fluent Forms integration), event tracking in Fathom Analytics Conversions just works.
It now even works with Fathom’s custom domain configuration, as detailed in their documentation (Google it).
^This is something I’ve personally communicated with Duncan, the developer, about. He’s a pleasure to communicate with. And he and his team were quick to support this feature when I mentioned I wanted to see support for custom Fathom domains added to the plugin.
Do yourself a favor and take your Fathom Analytics utilization to the next level by implementing some super easy to configure event tracking for your websites. It’s a huge value add for clients to see the effectiveness of their content marketing and SEO campaigns.
Thanks Duncan and team for creating and continuing to improve on this great, free plugin!
]]>Do you have a simple tutorial that shows users how to setup Google Tag Manager event tracking if Google Analytics events are not working in the WordPress plugin? I noticed others had this problem on earlier threads, and I saw one thread that mentioned tracking via Google Tag Manager would be released on version 3. I saw this on a post submitted 9 months ago.
Thanks in advance
]]>I have built a gravity form that has a bunch of questions before a user has the chance to submit a form with their contact details.
I am attempting to create an event tracker not for an entire form submission, but rather for a certain page that appears during my gravity form (the “thank you but we can’t help you” rejection page).
As this page doesn’t have a URL, rather it has a page ID, I thought it would be possible to track but so far no luck.
Is there any information that I have missed on my search to do this?
Thanks.
]]>On my forms with Simply Schedule Appointments, like the link that I’ve attached, the GFTrackEvent never fires. I’m using Google Tag Manager and this is a screen shot of the series of events after submitting the form: https://imgur.com/EKBDiP4
I don’t know if it’s because Page Views is kicked off more than a few times or not.
Also, I’ve implemented the solution to prevent an event from double firing from this post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/double-event-if-confirmation-send-form-on-page/#post-14758361
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you,
AJ
Looking to track cart abandonment events using Google Tag Manager, but could not identify the actual event triggered when a cart is abandoned using this plugin.
Are you able advise of the events fired as would like to also track others around this also.
Happy with creating all the event tracking etc. just not been able to identify the events on this occasion.
Thanks in advance.
]]>Great plugin – thank you – I saw massive improvements in my PAGESPEED loading.
I just have one problem. I normally see 20-40 EVENTS in Google Analytics as visitors leave my site via the “VIEWS THIS WATCH on EBAY” button.
Since loading CAOS 3 weeks ago I can see ZERO EVENTS in GA?
I am running MINIMAL MODE with “Capture outbound links?” selected.
Latest WP version 5.7.1 and latest CAOS 4.0.4
PS – all other basic ANALYTICS are reporting as normal
Thanks for your time
Tristan
