unfortunately my events are not loading.

I tried the hints from this post https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/calendar-not-loading-14/ but it didnt helped. I deactivated the plugin, tried another theme and cleared the cache.

WP 6.4.3

The Event Card no longer displays the organizer for new and updated entries. Previous, unedited entries still show the organiser.

See ‘Skincare Workshop’ for event where organizer is displayed and ‘One Day Yoga Retreat’ for event where the organiser is invisible.

Both or these events have an organiser selected and the ‘Hide Organizer field from EventCard’ turned OFF.

For troubleshooting, settings were reset and custom CSS removed. The problem remained. Also, the site was cloned for testing. The problem persisted until the plugin was removed with ‘Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled’ turned on. After reinstalling, the organizer is displayed correctly https://test.etnacentre.org/etna-events/

Deleting the plugin on the live site using ‘Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled’ could be done but the preference to to fix to avoid having to re enter event data.

If I have Jetpack plugin active but not connected to wordpress account EventON is working.

When I connect jetpack with wordpress account, EventON don’t work.

I tested a lot of jetpack versions and allways same problem.

At this moment I have WordPress 6.2.3 and jetpack.12.8.1.

It’s been a while that I haven’t update your plugin and it’s never work on auto-updating in my WordPress Dashboard (https://ibb.co/7Wmj9yV). So I decided to update manually in FTP way. But the problem is I don’t know if I have the login details or I have to create a new account? Though I already have my License Statues: Activated and a Purchase Key. How do I get my login details?

Or you can just give me a zip file for updating?

I went the functions.php file but the problem is where is it? How do I add there?? I’m not a developer and I honestly don’t know how to do this

I have 2 different plugins ( eventon & wp job manager ).
There will be different registration packages on my site with different permissions ( for examle Package 1 = free Package 2 = 10$/mth. allowed to add 1 listing and 1 event , Package 3 = 20$/mth. and allowed to submit 5 lists, 5 events………thats only an example….

For monthly payments a woo subscription plugin should be the best case…….

But how can set user roles during that registration process….this membership plugin should handle the restriction for wp job manager & eventon.

Anybody know how that permissions on wp job & eventon are handled ? as post categories or something else……EDIT: the events are handled as wordpress posts and the custom event data as custom post meta

… i can’t really picture it in detail right now

edit: to hide or show forms after registration is also very important
