First of all. Thank you for the Evolve them. It is one of the best I have come across.

I need help in that I am now serving ads on the above mentioned website. I am however limited to the wigitised areas on the right and the top.

The home page content is made up of posts as and when I upload them and so am very limited as to what I can do on that page.

I would like to insert a widgets that do not move around the home page. However am a little lost in terms of how to do it.

Could you please help me out?

The theme for me seems to go really well with buddypress and bbpress.

I haven’t used this theme for long, but the very short time I have used this theme, it has definitely been a upgrade!

The theme has a lot of things that my old theme didn’t, such as the button to go to the top of the page.

The site i am developing is for a gun shop. The client would like the spund of a gun shot everytime someone clicks on a menu item, for instance contact us or FAQ.

Is this possible and if so how would i go sbout doing it.

I’ve tried to get slider on the Evolve WP theme. I’ve added an image to the slider theme via Appearance>Customize> Bootstrap Slider and Parallax Slider. I’ve tried both plugins and gone to the Home page (specific page where I want the slider), gone the bottom and selected Slider Position to be Below the header and tried Slider Type to be Bootstrap Slider and Parallax Slider respectively. Neither of them have shown on the Home page… any ideas?

First I couldn’t get products to display as the default grid layout and I overcame that by finding some php for my functions file and css code.

Now the last remaining obstacle to overcome is HUGE. Once you select a product on the shop page to buy, you’re transferred to the cart page, which is normal.

But on the cart page, (there’s NO checkout button)! Without that, you can’t complete the transaction. I’ve tried disabling plugins, changing code in my functions file and nothing seems to work.

This is a big deal that this weird theme behavior is happening. Please help.

Can someone tell me why my copyright is not changing?
I don’t have a cache plugin activated.

I also tried to add a footer widget but that is not being added either.

Not sure what is stopping these changes. Any ideas?

When I changed themes there was no problem, so I am fairly sure this is an issue with the latest evolve theme update and not something else.

Can anyone advise how I can resolve this and have my beautiful website working properly again?

I can’t figure out how to remove the blog posts from the home page of my website. I’ve gone to Static Front Page and selected “a static page” instead of “your latest posts” but that removes my sliders and all other content from the home page. It pretty much does the opposite of what I need it to do.

I’m not very experienced or good with making changes to code so a simple well-explained solution would be much appreciated!
