We just LOVE Filebird for our own site and for our clients. It’s easy to install, easy to use with drag and drop of files, and the Gallery block for images is super handy.

The free version works GREAT, but we have PRO for a few clients and it’s well worth it.

Customer support is excellent – we use live chat, they always are knowledgeable and pretty quick to respond.

I’m using the product addons plugin for area based pricing(lenght x width). It was working great in single product page but not on quick view. I contacted the plugins support on their website using their chat feature. They asked me a few questions and found out that the my quickview plugin was incompatible with their product addons plugin. In order to fix it they provided a code snippet and as soon as i added it, the issue was fixed. The custom fields started working on quickview, all within 15-20mins.

Highly recommend the stickymenu plugin.
All the features we needed and settings to turn off certain section for example keep the top notification bar but turn off menu, so it was perfect for us.
I also have to HIGHLY COMMEND THEIR SUPPORT as well as we had a problem (which was user error) and they were straight there to deal with it and went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly which they did.

I purchased the Coaching plug in and there were issues with my hosting company. Huyen from ThimPress was very responsive and helpful. He knew more than my hosting site from Arizona. His communication was always clear and concise about what needed to be fixed on my end. I will definitely go with them in the future.

The RegisterONE plugin provided our nonprofit organization with the means to move our vendor management online and onto our website, without having to burden our current team of web developers or teach them vendor management from scratch! The developer is very responsive, and quick to make fixes or updates to the app when requested. He has created a system that contains many of the functions we only dreamed of having before: our vendors can now create a profile, signup to attend our event, find required licensing documents, upload images and permits, and sign final contracts online. We really like that we can download a summary for our onsite binder, and export the data to Excel for our team records. Best of all, we can now take vendors’ fee payments with PayPal through the R1 plugin, without the need to create a complex payment gateway on our website. The plugin plays well with most WordPress themes, making for a seamless experience for vendors on the WordPress website.

We’re only a few months away from our event, but by making it easier for our vendors to sign up with us, we’ve already doubled the numbers compared to last year at the same time. We couldn’t be more pleased with the rich functionality AND great customer support we’ve gotten so far!

I installed the Pro version of this Plugin. It works exactly as I need it to, allowing me to customize my search field per topic area in my website. There was an issue with my theme’s search file which was preventing the Plugin from working, but Ivory Search quickly and easily resolved the issue. I love the clean interface of this Plugin, and its excellent customer support make it an easy 5 star Plugin!
