Hello

I have bought two licences for the Bento Expansion Pack but neither of the download links work anymore.

I didn’t realise there was an expiry date for these expansion packs?

I need to verify some files against the original code and update if necessary.

The email address I bought them from is [email protected]

Could you please advice if my licences are still valid and if there is a way for me to download the packs again?

Portfolio project types not working

When I click on the different portfolio project types, listed under the heading on my main portfolio page, nothing happens. I have the Bento theme with the expansion pack activated. Please help! Please note, that site is not live at the moment.

I lost the expansion pack download although Instill have my key under the email of [email protected]. I have searched but am unable to find a way to download it again from the normal purchase route as the link has expired. Any ideas?

Featured Images not available for Projects

I’ve just installed Bento and the Expansion pack, and now have 2 Portfolio menus in the left-hand menu on the dashboard.

One Portfolio leads to existing projects, but I cannot access the Featured Image widget. The other Portfolio menu is empty, but if I create a new project within this new Portfolio, I can access featured images.

Why is this? How do I remove one of the Portfolio menus (ideally the one without access to the Featured Image option)?

I also have Jetpack installed, should that be of any importance.

Theme & Expansion pack update – Layout Issues

Hello,

I updated the Bento theme and Expansion pack today and it has caused a few issues with my pages layout (particularly the front page) that I can’t seem to resolve. The site is still in development here: www.littleorchardinteriors.co.uk/wordpress/

The Page Builder rows on the landing page have the layout set to full width (as does the page itself) yet they appear to be boxed despite attempts to rectify this. In addition, the slider (MasterSlider) no longer responds to resizing when the browser window is resized, only when the page is then refreshed. Finally, when the browser window is resized the slider element and page content below go out of alignment with each other.

I am using the current version of Google Chrome.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have purchased the Bento Expansion Pack. When I try to upload it as a plugin I am getting this error:

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

The file that downloaded with purchase was a php file and not a zip file. Please explain how to resolve. Thanks!

Performance issues when used with essential "Expansion Pack 1"

To have much desired functionality from this (color-coded class boxes, class time-sized boxes, responsive) you need to buy the plugin, which is about $15 USD. On WP 4.1 enabling this immediate doubles to triples every single Admin page load time. Quite frustrating while in development. Front-end page loads seem acceptable, however. I guess I’ll be deactivating it til then end of development if I have to keep using it. 9 second page loads are very frustrating for every Admin action.
