Hi, A customer mentioned that his points had expired. I check the points logged and it is evidently so. I checked the settings and I have set the expiry to zero which means it should not expire. Is this an error or a glitch in your system?

“Critical Error” Message On Homepage

Hello, my name is Jared Waller and I’ve been taking care of my church’s website (Storms Creek Missionary Baptist Church) since November 2017. I’m not an expert on website development or publishing, so I’m hoping you guys are able to help me out with my general forum question. Over the past 4 to 6 months, each time I go about trying to “customize” the homepage of my church’s website (stormscreek.com), the following error message appears:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the?support forums.”

Since receiving this error message, I have gone about checking my 9 plug-ins to make sure they weren’t responsible for this issue and each one of those plug-ins are working fine. I also clicked on a link pertaining to this error message, which took me to churchthemes.com. I messaged those who are in charge of that site, and they informed me that the church’s “Resurrect” theme had expired and that we would have to start developing a new website from scratch. Unsure if paying churchthemes.com would even fix the issue, especially when our payments to www.ads-software.com are all up to date (we have never had to pay churchthemes.com directly before, since we have had the stormscreek website up and running).

I just need someone to walk me through how to remove the error message from my church’s website, so that I can resume uploading new info. and keeping our site up to date. I’m just about 100% sure that the issue has to do with the “Resurrect” theme we’ve been using on the homepage since before I started working on the site. Also, this error message appeared recently, as I stated, over the past 4 to 6 months. I’ve been working on the website for 7 years before this error message even appeared. As I alluded to earlier, I’m by far not an expert on how to be a website publisher/developer, so I hope and pray you guys are able to assist. Thank you for your time and any help you can provide!

I use Facebook connect and again and again it comes to not loadable pictures. “URL signature expired.” Regardless of whether I re-establish the connection. Normally it is also sufficient to delete the cache. If I then check after a few hours, the images are broken again. I don’t know what to do.

Subscription Expiration Emails not sending

I am having a similar issue as this post with automatic emails not being sent when a subscription expires. I’ve installed the email log plugin as suggested in the thread above, and I know that WordPress core emails (e.g. New User Registration, Password Reset) emails are being sent. However, no emails from the plugin are going out. I set a test account’s subscription to expire after installing the email log plugin, and there has been no activity.

Do you have any other suggestions of why this could be happening?

Hi folks. I have a site that has used WordPress / Really Simple SSL for years. The last few times I have manually updated the Let’s Encrypt cert within 90 days via the Really simple SSL / Let’s Encrypt wizard.

This time, however, when the wizard gets to the Generation stage I see this output:

Terms & Conditions are accepted.
Successfully retrieved account
Certificate already generated. It was renewed if required.

If I copy the generated CRT, my web host tells me it is ALREADY EXPIRED. It looks like Let’s Encrypt is returning an expired cert. It occurs to me now that perhaps I should ask for help on their forum. But if anyone has an idea how I can proceed that would be v v helpful.

Reset Password not sending email

I am using PMS Version 2.12.7?and recently the reset password stopped sending out emails to users who want to reset their passwords. The email for password reset is enabled Settings, Email as shown below

Unfortunately no one gets the emails and I have tested this to confirm it isnt working

Any suggestions?

Expired & Bypass status on Cloudflare

I’ve installed the Super Page Cache plugin on my website, which is on the Cloudflare Pro Plan. Here’s a brief overview of my configuration:

?   Cloudflare Cache-Control max-age: 31536000
?   Browser Cache-Control max-age: 60
?   Purge cache for related pages only: Enabled
?   Don’t cache dynamic content (recommended settings): Enabled
?   Strip response cookies on cacheable pages: Enabled
?   Enable preloader: Enabled
?   Auto prefetch URLs in viewport: Enabled

I’m currently facing two issues:

Caching Issue:
Despite having Cloudflare caching set up, I’m seeing a high number of requests hitting the origin server, when it should be serving cached content to users. Even when content is cached, it only remains cached for about an hour. After that, when I revisit the same URL, the cache shows as “EXPIRED.”
Facebook Query String Issue:
Whenever we post links on Facebook, the added ?fbclid query string causes the cache to be bypassed, leading to a high number of requests being redirected to the origin server.

I have two page rules set up in Cloudflare:

1.  A rule from the Super Page Cache plugin.
2.  A custom rule I created to remove the Facebook query string:

Forwarding URL 302 to https://domain.com/kurdish/?1

Our website is a news site with a high volume of daily visitors. At times, the server’s CPU load spikes to 95% because Cloudflare is redirecting all requests to the origin, causing the server to become unresponsive and the website to go down.

problem with expired memberships

I’ve been running this hook (pmpro_cron_expire_memberships) manually for weeks now and the memberships don’t expire.

I have tried with my user to set yesterday’s expiration, I have run the cron manually and it allows me to reserve while the membership has expired

Thank you for this wonderful plugin

Since the last updates, we encounter the following error when trying to change user status from its admin user account (profile) page : The link you followed has expired.

When approving or denying from the user list, everything is fine, the problem only happens on the admin user account (profile) page.

PHP version : 8.1
WordPress version : 6.5.4
New User Approve version : 2.6

Would you please have any hint in order to solve this problem ?

Job expire-Date in the past?

Hi there,

in the new Update it is not possible to choose an Expire-Date in the past anymore via the Date-Picker.
That was an easy way if a jobpost is not needed anymore to set them as “expired”.

I need the “expired” Term for some exports like Google4Jobs to remove them from there, so the “is filled” option is not working or not an option for me.

Can you Guys please make it happen in the next update to choose a date in the past as expire-date via Date-picker, like it was in the older versions?
