Deleting Expired Jobs

Googling would suggest others have had similar issues including a comment on the github entry.

Is there an updated version of these instructions? Jobs are expiring however, I have to manually delete them to keep my database clean.

Hello! I installed PublishPress Future a few months ago and set the Default Posts to expire a year from the publish date. I checked back on the posts today after a few months and noticed the expiration dates were not added automatically. Can someone check out my settings and make sure I’m doing this correctly?

Here are screenshots of the Default Posts section, and also the Posts section in WordPress showing the expiration dates were not automatically added.

Expired jobs application

I searched into many (not all) support threads, but I didn’t find how to proceed.

I need to make the “Apply now” link disappearing when the job is expired.
This because, so far, when you search on Google you find either the active and the expired jobs, and going into an expired job page you are still able to apply.

Could anyone help me?

Expiring cart notice missing time when first displayed

I find that when the first time the ‘Please checkout within…’ message appears, it is missing the remaining time – only the static text is displayed. It appears when the page is refreshed.

To reproduce the error: add a product to the cart then go to the cart – the message is there without the time. Then refresh the page to see the remaining time.

Plugin for Expiring Events Notification in Home Page

Hello Guys!

I’m creating a website for a client with WordPress, the website will publish a series of Events, regional or provincial articles, so I would need a plugin that will enable me to be able to show on the home page notices in deadline events (expiring events, not expired), which reports to visitors such as calls are going to be concluded.

I have tried some free plugins but does not allow me to notify them in the home, but only to be able to automate the deletion of the post. So I tried to look on Codecanion, and there I found a few that seem useful, as Eventone, but despite having asked developers information about my needs, no one was able to assure me the opportunity to enter into the Home Tenders in Deadline.

I would like some advice from you ..

P.S.
I know nothing about PHP, but I get along pretty well with HTML and CSS.

Premium and Domain expiring – options?

One of the websites I help with has been using a registered domain name and the premium services. Both are set to expire soon, and the owner can’t afford to renew them. We would like to keep the free version of the site, and maybe register the domain elsewhere. When I log in as the owner of the webpage, on “My Sites” is shows the free domain name: callielevina.wordpress.com

When I open the dashboard, again, it shows the free domain name, but it also says:

Some of your subscriptions have expired or are about to expire.
Tenacious Health ‘callielevina.com’ expires on October 16, 2014
Tenacious Health ‘WordPress.com Premium’ expires on October 16, 2014

When I view the page, directly, I can still get there by typing in the callielevina.wordpress.com, but it then shows as the domain name she registered: callielevina.com

If we don’t do anything, and let these two expire, will the free webpage still exist with the content?

Is it possible to transfer the domain name to another company, renew the domain name and then use it on the free site?

I have screenshots, but I’m not sure how to add pictures to this message. Sorry.

Downloads Plugin with expiring one-time downloads & auto switches to new file

Hello All!
I am a first time poster to the forums and a somewhat newbie user of WordPress. I have an entertainment news website and from time to time we give away passes to see movies. The thing is that we have to give away 100 PDFs with different bar-codes on each, so we cannot just put up one PDF with a download limit. Does anyone know of a way we can achieve the following:

1. Create a post with a single download link that will auto-switch to a new file after each download.
2. Have the link expire after all of the files have been downloaded once.
3. Limit the amount of downloads to 1 or 2 per IP address.

If anyone has any suggestions, I am wide open to them. I’ve been searching for a while and haven’t been able to find a solution.

Expiring Session in Less than 1 Second After Latest Update

After the latest update it expires my session within less than 1 second, so, I can’t manage to change any options and can’t stay in the admin panel for more than 1 second, it broken totally my WordPress admin after that update, the only solution was to delete the plugin folder from the FTP since I don’t even been capable of accessing my own plugins menu.
