I have been doing some testing and lately I have discovered that subscriptions do not expire after they are supposed to expire. I created several subscriptions and set them to have a 1-day validity, bought it as a test user using a test credit cart, then two days later, their subscription is still active and their user role has not changed.
I am using WordPress 6.5.4 and PMS 2.12.2.
Thank you.
]]>I tried to limit my form to just 1 submission (by going into Lifespan>Submissions tab, but it always seems to be available no matter what.
In other words: Even if “User #1” submitted the form, “User #2” could still access it and see it in full.
I tried it from different browsers, logged out, logged in, under multiple test usernames, and always kept seeing the form. I am also not running any caching plugins.
Am I missing something? Is the form not supposed to disappear with a custom message at that point? Can you guys try it from your end to try and replicate the issue?
Thanks!
]]>But that status was not reflected in WooCommerce plug-in & it was possible to change the status of the order to from On Hold Complete, & the order now says payment was taken.
Stripe expiry does not seem to be reflected in WooCommerce status.
Why is there a discrepancy ? (I’m assuming the Stripe status is correct & WooCommerce misleading at best)
]]>When connected to an Instagram personal account with a basic access token, the plugin has an expiry countdown of 6 days. Once this expires, the token needs to be renewed for it to work again. I am trying to determine how we can connect Instagram to the FT Social feed without the token expiring. @slickchris has told me this is most likely due to the use of security plugins on the website which is rotating WordPress Salts & Keys which renders the token invalid (per their sticky thread here). I have disabled the only security plugin on my website, which is Limit Login Attempts Reloaded, but the 6-day expiry remains.
Since I can actually see the countdown to the token expiry (which is also shown in a screenshot on the plugin’s documentation, but not really discussed) I am of the assumption that the expiry is not caused by a security plugin, but may be a built-in limitation from either Facebook/Instagram or the plugin itself. I tried looking this up via Facebook/Instagram’s documentation but cannot find information on the basic access token having a 6-day expiry. Should I switch the Instagram account from personal to a business account? Will this remove the expiry countdown?
If anyone (including the plugin developers) have any knowledge on this limitation and how to resolve it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

“Once you have set up expired listing it will clear expired events automatically by running cron job every hour. Make sure your hosting support cron job.”
I ask because if the expiry date = the end date, the event does not show up on the date the event occurs. If the expiry date is the next day, then it remains in the event listing the day after the event.
How do I get the event to roll off the listing once the event is concluded and not have it show the next day?
Thanks.
]]>SWPM’s a great plugin, however just discovered an issue…
It seems that there’s a hole in membership access that’s caused by the fact that SWPM expires by date but Stripe bills by date/time. Hence if the member logs in on the anniversary of their membership (annual plan) but before the time of the original subscription, Stripe hasn’t raised the renewal invoice yet and SWPM thinks the membership’s expired.
A simple solution to this could be to allow the SWPM membership to stay active 1 day longer – maybe add this as an option in settings?
Otherwise perhaps membership expiry needs to consider time as well?
