Hi everyone,

I created a subscription pop up with Pop up builder. When trying to export the subscribers list in an Excel file, it is getting exported with data that is unreadable.

Can you you help me with this?

Links to old URL after import to new URL

I am trying to transfer my WordPress website, ‘old-name.com’, to a free URL, ‘new-name.wordpress.com’, to avoid any future costs.
After importing the export file from the existing site, all the pages and media content were transferred. However, I found that all my internal links to pages and anchors in ‘new-name.wordpress.com’ were still referencing the ‘old-name.com’ site.
Is there something (non-technical) that I could have done to ensure that the internal links were changed to the new website URL?
Though it will be laborious, I am able to manually change the links in each page (via the ‘Text’ view of ‘Edit Page’). Will this ensure that my new-name site will no longer contain ANY links to the old-name site?
(The pictures in the new site all appear to be linked to ‘new-name’.files.wordpress.com)

Export File Unreadable

Downloaded export file to see format as sample before uploading additional users and the file contains unreadable characters. Shows same unreadable characters when opening as .csv file or with text editor. Something I missed during setup or could the database character set be incorrect? Thoughts?

Discontinued-Products – Export “Alternative Products” Not Included In File

Just beginning to test the functionality before this goes into a live evironment. So far I really like what I see with this plugin. Thank you for providing this plugin.

Issue 1.
After setting up the specific product with all the available fields for this plugin, when exporting ALL the products into a CSV file, the “Alternative Products” data nor the header (row 1 in file) is not included. Another related issue lies on the import step as to what is the string used for the “Alternative Products” key and the syntax of the values for this key.

Issue 2.
Also, while mentioning this, I noticed the value of key “Meta: _hide_from_shop” is NULL if the default value is selected in the WC UI. I would expect to see a value (for the key) of some sort properly assigned a value (maybe default) when exporting.

Export Woocommerce Products Error

The Export file from WP All Export does not show all the changes in Attributes that I have made for my products. I originally created about 7 attributes, but now have deleted 4 attributes in my WordPress WooCommerce Attributes Editor. I have updated and saved all settings, and modified all products. The change is reflected in my WordPress site. However, when I use WP All Export to Export all products. The modifications in Attributes are not updated. The CSV File displays all the old attributes, and does not show any Values for them. Additionally, I changed the name of one of the Attributes, and this is not reflected in the CSV File.

What Should I do?? This site is still new, so I’m thinking about just trashing everything, and starting from scratch with correct Attribute Values, but I don’t want this to be a reoccurring problem?
