WPForms Issue

I am attempting to create a campaign that shows in a popover modal. I put an already-created form from WP forms inside this modal. When I go to look at a preview of how the campaign will look on my site, there are form inputs that are showing with strange names that are not part of my form and are not shown in the WPForms editor. What is going on here?

Ocean Extra Issues?

Hi,

Has there been any reports of Ocean Extra causing issues? It’s not been updated in 2 months according to my WP Admin. However, randomly today it’s broken the entire /wp-admin area.

I had to go to /wp-content/plugins and disable every plugin one by one to see which was causing Cloudflare 524 error and it turned out to be ocean-extra. After renaming this folder from ocean-extra to ocean-extra_disabled the wo-admin area loaded instant.

I then uninstalled and removed the plugin and tried to reinstall via WP Admin > Plugins > Add New Plugin searched ocean extra and “Installed” then clicking “Active” button sat loading then returned CloudFlare timeout error 524.

Is this plugin making a query or sending large data all of a sudden?

I have no errors logs in /wp-content and no root errors logged for my Hosting Provider (I’ve asked them)

I haven’t changed anything on the site in about 4 weeks just randomly broke today.

The plugin duplicates options from your other plugin for Extra Options.

Hi there,

I had installed your plugint “YITH: Product Add-ons & Extra Options” but when later I installed the “Color and Label Variations” plugin it shows twice or duplicates the extra options fileds created to show at products pages.

Right now I’ve only enable this extra options to the link I posted here so you can see it happening. But it shows the same in all product pages if I enable for the whole products.

WP version: 6.5.5

WooCommerce version: 9.0.2

Extra Options plugin version: 4.11.0

Color, Image & Label Variation Swatches version: 2.9.0

I don’t use Elementor. My theme is a child-theme from Astra and if I activate the Astra theme and not the child’s it’s still happening.

If I deactivate the Color and Label Variations plugin the extra option fields shows correctly.

Hope you can help me fixing this (not by setting any custom CSS).

I have The Events Calendar installed on my website (with Extra of Elegant Themes) https://encyclobjects.com because I think it adds value to my publication. I select 1 monthly ebento to recommend to my users and I categorize it (7) and tag it. The first time I tagged an event, the form that appears is the WordPress one and the format is the same as the post tags, in fact I shared some between events and posts, thinking that, by having the “Show events” box activated along with the other entries on the site. When this option is activated the events are still shown on the events page”, if I selected any tag to list content, the search would show entries and events. But it’s not like that, it only shows me entries. Now, if I go to the plugin administration and select a tag within event, it does show me the events, but only the events. My question is simple: Is there a solution or do I directly eliminate the event labels?

Some fields are not saved

I’ve created a form that seems to work pretty well. However I have entered three extra fields (profession, city, etc.) which are not saved to the database. However, if the administrator goes to approve the user, he actually sees the three dropdowns where he can enter the values ??and if he selects them they are saved correctly in the database. The data is correctly sent in the POST during registration. What can cause this behavior?

Hi there,

We are using woocommerce to sell school bus tickets, we need to add the childs name per ticket.

So if someone wants to buy two of ticket X, at the moment we can only add one name, we want the fields to increase to 2, and if they put 3 tickets, then we need it to go to 3 name fields.
