Fb guest chat plugin not working

Hi,

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but we use the fb chat plugin on our website but since yesterday the ‘guest’ ability isn’t working (if you continue with your fb profile, that works) when you click on ‘continue as guest’ is says the ‘content is no longer available’ and says there’s no Internet connection? This isn’t just me either others at our business have reported the same issue.

I’ve tried re-publishing the plug in to our website but that doesn’t seem to do anything? Any guidance anyone could give me would be very useful.

Plugin won’t connect — Too many Redirects error

I like this plugin and use it, but for now it won’t connect and gives a cryptic error about too many redirects. Also, Meta seems to not have anyone tuned into this channel to keep up with their products.

Hello

I have installed the Facebook Chat plugin, but when I go to set it up, I am repeatedly getting the following message:

This page isn’t workingwww.facebook.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I have cleared all of my cookies, and have tried numerous times to reload, and setup but keep on getting this message.

Chat language changed to Greek all of a sudden

The language is changed to Greek although the US English is set in settings. I see that lot of people complain about te similar issue.

I found the following error in the console.

Facebook Messenger Chat Plugin not showing on my site

I’ve followed the process of installing the official Facebook chat plugin on my site but it’s still not showing up. I’ve also gone through the troubleshooting guide and yet nothing comes up. I don’t even see the fb-customerchat when I inspect the page.

Please can I know what is wrong and how this can be fixed? I’ve also gone through all the solutions posted before now on the same topic. I would just like for you to check it out on my site. Thank you.

FAQs not appearing

We have set up the Facebook chat plugin and it is working fine for simple messages. However, we also set up a few FAQs for the chat plugin but these are not appearing on our site. We often have customers asking the same simple questions but are unable to respond quickly if it is outside of office hours, so really need these automatic FAQs and responses to work!

Facebook Chat Plugin not displaying

Hi,

I have recently added the plugin to this page, but unfortunately the plugin is not displaying correctly. After going through the troubleshoot points, my only thought is that a stylesheet might interfere with the plugins stylesheet. I have removed all the stylesheets from the page via the chrome inspector and I saw no change. I can see sometimes the bubble pop up on the bottom right of the screen, but just for a second on both desktop and mobile. Upon adding an !important tag to the iframes ‘position:fixed’ the bubble shows up, but its displayed on the top left corner of the page.

Any ideas how could I fix this?

The chat popup is not appearing on my site.
it appears only if the users facebook account is already logged in to facebook in the browser.
Also continue as guest is too not working.
