Is there a way to remove or notify the user of the website that our website use facebook messenger to facilitate the discussion with users ?

I see that when you accept everything that the messenger widget appears .. but if we don’t accept … it not there.

Facebook messanger blockes by CORS

Hi!

I’m using the Facebook Messenger on my Shop, but since I installed AIOS and the Firewall, the Messenger isn’t showing anymore. The Browser tells me that the Messenger is blocked by CORS.

I can’t find a setting to allow the Messenger.

Can someone tell me how to fix this issue?

The “How to add Messager to Code Snippets” topic shows how to insert the facebook messenger with code snippet.

It only works for chrome, opera. Not for Mozilla firefox.

I have 2 questions about the plugin.
1, The plugin contain guest mode for Facebook Messenger? So the visitor able to send message without login?
2, The free package is contained to choose which page allowed to display the widget? Some pages I want to enabled, some pages not enabled.

Plugin won’t connect — Too many Redirects error

I like this plugin and use it, but for now it won’t connect and gives a cryptic error about too many redirects. Also, Meta seems to not have anyone tuned into this channel to keep up with their products.

Hi,

I have installed the Facebook Chat plugin on the site, after adding my FB details through the plugin the page shows me the following message:

This page isn’t working
www.facebook.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I have cleared all of my cookies, and have tried many times to process the connection again, and setup but keep on getting this message.

Messenger show after many page reloads

Hi,
I have install the plugin for a client’s website. His facebook page has no age or country restrictions. The chatbox shows sometimes on google chrome, after many reloads of the page. On mozilla firefox the chatbox doesn’t show at all. I have inspect the code of the page, and everything seems to be all right. We use to version 5.8.3 of wordpress.
Can you please, help in any way?
