yesterday we did an update to from a much older version (early 2022) to your latest version. Because of the update we had to reconnect all the social media accounts to resolve the red exclamation mark warning.

Long story short: We can not re-connect our Meta fan page with the current Nelio version.

When we try to connect our “fan page” via Meta (natively) we get an error that we don’t have the rights to integrate the page. Basically we don’t see any of our seven fan pages.

We revoked the business integration several times in order to create a new one during the linking/connecting process, but didn’t work. Still we don’t see any pages in the link process. We tried several combinations to see if it is related to Instagram / groups / pages, but it has no effect always the same issue.

We also used an second admin/owner account which never had any business integration at all. Sill the same issue.

We also tried to use the buffer integration, but during our testing we ended up in the same issue described in this support request: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/permalinks-are-not-loading-on-facebook/ Articles are going to be posted via Buffer but they don’t have a permalink in it resulting in just a post of the title.

It seems there is an issue with new version when it comes to a reconnect to meta.

BTW: Other integrations like X and LinkedIn working as expected.

In the paid version is it possible to currently import facebook events from pages that you do not own? We need to import the events from 200 or so pages we don’t own automatically.

Do your plugin do this? If not I’m guessing the workaround is to become an admin on each of these pages?

It sure would help if it showed the FULL list of pages.

Upon connecting pulls list of all admin pages. Upon selecting page and hitting okay it thinks about it then says connected. When you return to publicize page it is not connected to Page. On post does not show connection.

Tried the following:
– different Facebook accounts with Admin access to page
-Reinstall jetpack
– tested different themes

Great plug-in but one question.

Is it possible to import albums from a public page? I have (full) access to those albums as a Facebook Admin of the page but when I put my details in your set up I can only (obviously) access my own albums from my account. I didn’t set up the public page using my personal account.

I’ve had a look at your previous posting and saw this a year ago “<em>Hi, currently there is no support for groups. That may come when I add the feature that allows importing of personal albums. Since those are both private, it’s a bit more involved to get that data from Facebook.</em>“

Just to repeat, the page that has the albums we wish to download is a public page not a private group.
