]]>All of you are searching for something in your code, like a missing tag, but I think this is more of a problem with the browsers not obeying the rules. The reason I say that is because this problem comes and go when you refresh the page. That’s why many of you have said, it was down at the bottom and now it’s at the top and you don’t know why. You refreshed; that’s why.
But what that does or why, I haven’t a clue. And I have no clue how to fix it. I gave up at one point and tried to put the content area of WP into a table, but then it all blew apart – no surprise. So I have to work with what was given me, but how do I fix this?
Here’s the site: https://www.laurierking.com/wp.php You may see the sidebar there when you arrive. Refresh. If it doesn’t go away, click the login link, then the “Back to Laurie R. King Mutterings” link at the bottom. That will usually do it.
If anyone can solve this problem, you no doubt will have oodles of good karma in the lives to come.
]]>On my site I recently added DEMOCRACY, to add a poll to the sidebar.
After doing so though, I noticed that the sidebar is falling way down below my blog when viewed in IE.
When viewed in Safari and Firefox though everything is A-OK.
Any ideas on how I could go about fixing this?
BTW the site is here! www.japannewbie.com
Any and all help appreciated!

I’m using Falling Dreams WP template from https://teo.esuper.ro/category/download/
Thanks for your time guys! I appreciate it.
]]>I had a question to ask about an issue which I have been facing for a long time. When I post 2 articles on my blog on the same day , the date for the earlier entry vanishes. For instance, if I posted an article on August 24 and then post another one on that same day, the former would lose its published date while the latter would retain it.
I also saw this happening on another blog which was using the ‘Falling LEaves’ theme and I wanted to make sure if there is an option to correct this feature. If Shawn can help, then there’s nothing like it but if anyone of you using this theme, has come across a solution, then please let me know
You can check this entry in my June archives (‘WordPress Rocks’ and ‘They are back’) where I had posted the 2 entries on the same day.

]]>This is what the theme is supposed to look like:

The images rotate, kind of like they do in the Random-image Kubrick theme.
I looked at the css file and couldn’t find anywhere that mentioned header images. I managed to get the other images (icons, etc.) to show up but not the headers. Help?
