On Cloudways, using Fast Velocity , Asset Cleanup Pro.
The cache doesn’t seem to work. If you have recently enabled the cache or it is your first test, wait about 30 seconds and try again because the changes take a few seconds for Cloudflare to propagate them on the web. If the error persists, request support for a detailed check.

Htaccess file needs updating?
]]>Your latest revision, FVM V2.1.5, broke our entire site. Yes, we flushed our cache with FVM 2.1.5 on, WordPress Managed Hosting, and Cloudflare to no avail. The second we deactivated FVM 2.1.5, our website came back up. We also reloaded FVM 2.1.4 and our website is working just fine. So, the problem lies with whatever you did to go from 2.1.4 to 2.1.5.
Hope you can identify the issue. Being a developer guru, I’m sure you will. Have a great week.
Now, get back to work (lol).
Cheers,

]]>I turned off plugins and Fast Velocity is the cause. So I tried to add this to the Ignore List:
https://neohgolf.com//wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/*
…but that didn’t work.
Neither did putting a check on Disable JavaScript processing and Disable minification on JS files.
So I have your plugin disabled now, even though it helped greatly with gtmetrix and pagespeed.
Do you have a set of settings you can recommend for NexGen Gallery so that it works with Fast Velocity?
Thank you!
