FB App ID field missing in Facebook settings page of Yoast

I recently cloned a site of mine. The new clone of the site is missing the FB App ID field in Yoast, so I’m unable to enter it or change it.

The old site does still display the field, so it seems to be a bug in Yoast related to the site being cloned.

WordPress 5.6, Yoast 15.5

I wanted to switch to yoast from aio_seo, but got a prob with FB app id. Yoast says it does not exsist although it is published and worked well with all in one seo pack. Please, coulde you help. Thanks

I can’t get my FB app ID to save in Social Yoast SEO – it says it doesn’t exist. I have confirmed that is live and activevia FB developer, and I checked with my WP host and they directed me to Yoast support forums.
Here’s the message I get when I try to save it:

XXXXXX does not seem to be a valid Facebook App ID. Please correct.

When I try to add any post in FB for social sharing it just shows a picture and description rather than the featured image and excerpt designated in the WP blog post.

Approving comments before they are posted

Hi,

I have setup the FB APP ID but having trouble where I am able to approve the comments before they are posted.

Is there anything I need to configure or setting change on the plugin to allow this?

on the FB App ID https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments/ I have it setup to moderate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that there used to be an option to add your Facebook App ID via Settings, but I cannot find it anywhere, I guess it was removed from the plugin.

Is there any other way of how to add this fb:app_id property?
