Hi I am tryinf to connect feed catalogue with FB page.. unfortunately FB is reporting 1400 erorr for all my items.

What is red?
– availabilty .. in FB it say in_stock but it is red..( I have set the field everything from availabilty to stock status woocommerece.. nothing is right..) which field is the correct one?
– image link (I have set to main image.. featured image..-) everything is empty in FB catalogue.. which field is correct..

what is orange?
– brand (I have set dynamic attribute).. I have my own brand for each item selected but does not recognize
– gtin (no option to choose from fields..)
– mpn (no option to choose from fields..)
– additional image

IG/FB shop is not reflecting my website sale prices

Our IG and FB shop is finally active in the UAE however my previous sale priced items are reflecting on shop but the latest sale prices are not. Do I have to manually update each? we have over 200 items so that is quite taxing, I’m afraid to reupload an excel with the sale pricing as I’ve had a lot of catalog issues with FB already. Any help pls?

The FB shop products redirects to cart instead product page

I need help changing the redirection to page product instead of checkout page, because my products have many variations.
Since facebook change his layout, I can’t find the page they explain here:

Messenger conflicts with my theme (Enfold) so, unusable despite popularity of chat function on the website while it was active. Since I can’t choose to switch off Messenger from within the plug-in, i had to deactivate plug-in. Make it work and I will use it! Also, bad functions re. product upload functions for FB shop. We should be able to list what categories we WISH to upload, not the opposite.

Hello,

The messenger button prevents visitors from accessing menu items with links on the right side of the browser window when the window is narrow. If widened, the conflict disappears. Since I cannot deactivate messenger alone in the plug-in, the whole plug-in is now de-activated. Also, the automatic upload of products to FB shop is unusable to me. I need to be able to select product categories that I WISH to upload, not the other way around! So, right now, just problems for me!

Looking forward to update that will solve these issues. Thanks.

FB Shop page – incorrect list of products

Hello!
We have installed this plugin (basic version, not pro) and made catalog import to FB.
Everything is OK, but we have some troubles on the FB Shop page (https://www.facebook.com/clothia/shop/):

1) In our previous plugin (Facebook for WooCommerce https://ru.www.ads-software.com/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/) there was possibility to see all of the products from catalog on the FB Shop page (https://business.facebook.com/clothia/shop/). Now we see only part of products randomly sorted. How we can show all of the products with your plugin Product Catalog Feed?

2) In our previous plugin (Facebook for WooCommerce) there was a possibility to choose the size of the product on the product page in FB Shop (https://business.facebook.com/clothia/shop/). Now there is no such possibility. When you click on a product that is presented in several sizes (variable product), the product page on clothia.com opens with the random size selected in dropdown.
Can we make the size choise on the FB product page with PixelYourSite Product Catalog Feed plugin?
