I have followed the tutorial to move the featured pages on other pages – as I would like to use them as some kind of “maxi menu” for my services everywhere…and it didn’t work.
I’ve tested using the code provided here: https://presscustomizr.com/snippet/featuring-pages-another-page-post-home/
And made the necessary changes indicated for Customizr pro. I then put one page ID – didn’t work. One post ID – didn’t work either (I copied this text in function of my child them – correct?).
What do I do wrong?
Also, which function would I need to put in the code to all this element (featured pages) on every page of the website, without having to add all ID to the code?
Finally I have featured page pro, but the function “Disable reordering for devices > 768px (portrait width of tablets)” does not appear for me! I actually would like to keep my featured page horizontal if possible…
Thank you
]]>Thank you for this great theme! Love it!
I just cannot quite figure out how to set my homepage with a static page (page with the player for all my episodes), but still retaining the 3 featured pages (which only appears if I do not set my homepage with a static page).
Is this possible? Thank you!!

]]>My front page is made with the following settings. Side wide template (Customizr) and site wide Nimble specific header and footer. I wish to move the text section that I have created at the bottom of my front page in between the featured page and the blog posts. I also absolutely want to have both the featured page AND the blog posts on my front page.
Problem: with side wide Customizr template, it’s impossible to insert any section between featured pages and blog posts on the frontpage apparently.
Problem 2. If I now switch the Nimble builder entirely for my front page, I can re-create the blog section but NOT the featured pages which doesn’t exist as a section in Nimble builder.
The easiest for me would be to keep the Customizr template but get a code to insert my text section in between the featured pages and the blog posts. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated! Thanks
Any help is appreciated.

On Front Page, menu (horiz) is at top, then slider (static) with graphic. Then below that there were 3 Featured Pages cameos, accessed via: Appearance>Customize>Front Page Content>Featured Pages.
Everything basically worked, but I wanted to add a link to a Blog page which would show a thumbnail of current top post, with link to it. I wanted this to to appear just beneath the static slider graphic, and just above the Featured Pages cameos.
So I created a Blog page and designated it to display posts. Then on Front Page I used Nimble Builder to insert Post Grid module to show top post from Blog page, with Featured Image for post. This works (i.e., everything displays properly, and the link takes you to top post on Blog page).
But the Featured Pages have disappeared. The info for these is still in the Featured Pages section of Appearance>Customize, but they do not display on Front Page. (I expected them to appear just below the Blog post link.)
I would like to either (1) reinstate the original Featured Pages cameos, or (2) create similar cameo-style links with Nimble Builder. I don’t see any option in Nimble Builder to allow me do to that.
Can anyone help or suggest a possible solution to this?
Thanks — Lyndon
]]>Problem is that I would like to promote most recent blog post on the front page where it would be visible, even as a small cameo with link to the Posts section. A JPG graphic plus headline from the latest post would be adequate, and I could change this regularly to reflect the most recent post. Then when someone opens the Home page, they’d see the latest post along with the static slider and Featured page cameos.
I can insert a graphic and some text onto the Front page, but it appears below the Featured pages and cannot be seen unless the user scrolls down. So there’s no way someone just opening the Home page could readily see that there’s new content on the site.
Is there any way to move up the graphic + text above the Featured page cameos so that it is visible as soon as the page is opened?
(My site is still in development and not available publicly.)
Thanks
]]>1. Is it possible to move the image title around in the slider?
2. Can we add page links to the featured page description box? (Something like the AAS homepage https://www.asian-studies.org/)
Thank you very much!
