The POS uses an API to exchange data between WooCommerce and the POS app plugin. To improve the performance and loading speed, the app uses local browser data storage to temporarily store information and reduce the amount of data exchange to speed up performance. As a result, a Fetch Error can occur for a couple of reasons: a POS or WooCommerce setting is wrong or missing, a data exchange error occurs between the POS and WooCommerce or the local temporary browser storage is expired and requires new syncing.
Ok good to know, now what?
Normally, the Fetch Error dialog window will provide error details on why the Fetch error occurred. Our first recommendation, review the error provided on the fetch error and take action to update settings or missing information to fix the fetch error.
Oh no! The Fetch Error dialog doesn’t show any error details. If the Fetch Error provides no specific error details, go ahead and try a new force sync. To perform a new force sync, it’s easy! Click the menu button, click Support. Scroll down and click the button to clear Cached Data. Now click to Force Sync each setting.
The POS is now performing a new sync. This hard refresh and force sync should fix most Fetch Errors when no other error details are provided in the error dialog window.
If the Fetch Error keeps showing after fixing any error details and performing the hard new force sync doesn’t fix the problem. We are here to help. Click the menu button, click Support again, Submit a support request on the POS plugin app and click the option “Send POS system report”, this option will include a debug report we can review to help troubleshoot and fix the Fetch Error for you.

I’ve deactivated and reactivated the plugin, to no avail.
