My client has used very long names as their filenames. We are having issues when backing up and I’ve advised her to change her filenames. What would be the best way to proceed? Do we need to rename and reupload each file? Is there a faster way to make these changes?
Thank you for your help with this!
]]>First of all, thanks for this awesome tool ;D it’s easy to use and I have saved a lot of time, on creating my development and the uploading to production!
I have found an issue, using the Duplicator: if an image has special characters within the name ( like accents: Chicco-Mochila-Porta-bebés2.jpg, yeah, I know it’s better to not use it, but I’m not the only one uploading contents, you know what I mean ;D ), the duplicator seems to copy files with errors in the name, a codification problem, I suppose ( Chicco-Mochila-Porta-beb??s2.jpg ). When you open to the posts, these images seem don’t exists, but you can find it in the wp folders, with errors in names.
I don’t know if is an issue on Duplicator or problem with language configuration ( I’m using windows 7 in spanish ).
Thanks a lot!

]]>I have a simple question: What is the principle behind the naming about the generated language files?
I am using this plugin for many months and it works perfectly.
Now I have a phenomenon:
Where is the error to find? – In the Codestyling Localization plugin or in the related plugin?
Thanks for a hint,
Christian

]]>thanks again for your great plugin. I have one question: how are the resulting filenames (for download) determined? I always assumed that the current document title was used for the generation of the name (without spaces etc.), but it seems as if the first document title was used, and further changes get ignored. Is this as it’s supposed to be?

Daniel

Basically, how do I setup such descriptive directories and file names in the archives from the WP CP/Admin Panel?
Thanks,
Brian
