This is not a new topic. Many have reported the same issue.
Wordfence detected thousands of “Unknown file in WordPress core” files when upgrading from WP 6.6.2 to WP 6.7 (released yesterday).
Our Environment:
Host: SiteGround
Theme and Version: Avada 7.11.11
Wordfence Version: 8.0.0
PHP Version: 8.4.0
Theme and plugins are up to date.
Fix appreciated.
Also, considering how many Wordfence users reported the same issue, curious to know what type of testing Team Wordfence performed prior to stating Wordfence 8.0.0 is compatible with WordPress 6.7.
I suspect Wordfence 8.0.0 does not contain a properly updated list of files to account for the file changes or updates made in WordPress 6.7.
Thank you!
I was requested to delete a PDF file located in the Media Library, as it contained personal information. The link to the file was for our members visibility only, not for viewing by the general public – but it seems Google registered it and made it searchable.
Thanks.

Is there a solution to this problem?
thanks.

!Solved it myself!
I still got my Pod for displaying hotels. Of course I got some images. I’m trying to use dynamic content in Smart slider 3 pro to display the hotels list as a carousel. No problem for the texts. But the images are blank with ouptut code
.
According to Smart Sider dev, the reason is that pods file field stores image ID instead when Smart Slider looks like for an image url/path. Is there an option I missed or a way to store the file url (perhaps in a calculated field) ?
Thanks.
I would like to have a minimum number of file uploads in my file upload field (modern field),
Is that possible ? We can set a maximum number but not a minimum.
Can’t figure out how to do that in JS.
Thanx !!
I wrote my own code in php that I wanted to call in javascript. The problem is that I can’t find the URL.
Where does the plugin store the files please?
Thank you
