I’m not sure if this is helpful to anyone else, but I added a file size column to the existing options.

Other question is how to get “choices” they make to show on email. How do i type it to “email body”

Last question is attachments. I have put max filesize to 10mb (pdf only) but cant even attach a 800kb pdf file?

Option to set a size threshold for displaying filesize

This is not an error, it is a feature request. It would be useful to me (and I’m sure others) to set the minimum size to display the filesize. Showing small filesizes is just clutter on the website, but there are cases where I want to warn website visitors of a large download that can take several minutes.

I was able to locate in the code where I can disable the display of any file below 1MB, but of course that will go away with an update to the plugin – I’ll need to remember what I did.

Can’t import CSV due max filesize

I am trying to import a 2,18 MB CSV file to products on woocommerce but the error “upload_max_filesize on php.ini” appears all the time. I’ve already created a php.ini file and introduced the right code, modified .htaccess and I am my own host so the problem relies on me.

I have installed two plugins that let me see I increased this value but none of them seems to do nothing for the CSV import (it shows the max filesize its 64 but only works on images).

If you could help me i’d be very thankful.

Upload error code 202″ HTTP error 413

I am attempting to restore my wordpress site from updraftplus backup files made last week. There are five files. The first is a small gunzip file that is 1.2MB. It uploads perfectly

The remaining files are zip files starting at 2.4MB and going up to 35MB (yes, this is a small website). Each of the remaining files attempts to upload, reaches what appears to be about 2MB, stops and gives me the 202 error code.

I am running my website on my own server with Ubuntu 20.04, nginx, mariadb, php and wordpress 5.5.1.

I have made the following configuration file changes:

In nginx.conf, I added the following:
client_max_body_size 200M;

In php.ini, I modified the following:

upload_max_filesize = 200M
max_file_uploads = 20
Post_max_size = 256M

In wp-config.php, I added the following:

@ini_set( 'upload_max_filesize' , '200M' );
@ini_set( 'post_max_size' , '256M' );
@ini_set( 'memory_limit' , 256M' );

Even with these parameters set in the three configuration files I am still getting the message
413 Request Entity Too Large nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)

Can anyone help?

Issues with MariaDB

Hello,

Since the conversion of one of my accounts to MariaDB the download manager is working. The endpoint gives a 303 error.

For testing I have compared the following pages:

https://sr.auskas.de/autorin also runs at domainfactory without MariaDB, the downloads of the professional articles work.

https://sarah-remmel.de/autorin is the same website and runs also at domainfactory with MariaDB, the downloads do not work.

One more hint: at the domain sarah-remmel.de I uploaded the downloads again on 19.08.2020. After that they worked until probably 23.08.2020. A colleague from an SEO agency was able to check the downloads successfully after she noticed the error the week before.

I use your wonderful plugin on several websites at different webhosters. Every now and then there are warnings from WordPress directly, but most installations run without errors.

Request size limit exceeded (php.ini setup ok)

Hi,

I know this is a known bug and there is a guide for this. But this case is a little weird:

1.- The file that I want to import is 422MB
2.- I already edited the php.ini and restarted the services
post_max_size = 1024
upload_max_filesize = 1024
max_execution_time = 1000

But in the console I’m getting 413: { message: Request size limit exceeded }

Any idea of this? I’d really appreciate if someone can help me.

I’m using Bitnami image in an EC2 t2.small.

File is correct size and still will not upload

Hello! I am an artist building a small gallery, and I have uploaded severqal of my art on the wordpress media. My maximum file size says 256 MB, and most of my files are at 13-25MB. I have uploaded several already but today I have not been able to upload the last 3 images, all of which are from 13-95MB… I am not sure what to do.
