The flat fee is calculated correctly, but there is no way of knowing that it is added within the order. (It is optional). There used to be an extra row within the total calculation that showed the option as checked and the price added, but that is gone now, and the flat fee is added to the subtotal before tax.

I’d like the previous option back, or another indication that the optional fee was selected.

Hi; We’re trying your plugin prior to purchase. We’d like to set a flat fee for local delivery of $50 to NY zip codes, and ALSO offer/show UPS rates to ALL zip codes, including NY (in case we cannot delivery to due to busy schedule) Can this be done?

I am using the plugin “Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce” v1.3.4 and when I attempt to add an accesory like shown in the submitted link ($14.000) the value is not added to the total of the product. I contacted “StudioWombat” (owner of the plugin) and the told me their plugin is fine and it might be related to theme issue.

I appreciate the help.

I just discovered that the flat fee for custom fields of the free version of this plugin is no currently adding up to the total of the order. The given link is an option where you can select an option with (14.000) value and is not being added to the total.

Wow, this plugin works great and is right up there with Wordfence! Been trying it out as it is a flat fee purchase with no ongoing costs like Wordfence. I highly encourage anyone looking for a security plugin to try it and if you want to save money along the way. Note it does have a learning curve and the UI interface may look daunting to some but if you like full control & tweaking capabilities of your WordPress website security then this is for you.

Having real problems here and at a loss to know what else to try. I just cannot get the shipping fees to show up in cart total. Is this likely to be something to do with the latest woocommerce update?

I have general settings set as..

Base location: US – Oregon
Selling location: Sell to all countries, except for.. China, Italy, Japan.
Shipping location(s): Ship to all countries you sell to.
Default Customer Location: Geolocate

I’m not that technical, any help appreciated.. It’s driving me nuts

plugin to charge for uploaded content

Hello wordpress forum folks. I thank you guys for all the help you have given over my years of learning wp. I have a question though. Is there a plugin that will let me charge users for uploading content to my site? let’s say an mp3, or video or what not? I know there used to be such a plugin but being that I can’t find it anymore it might have been pulled, or is barred beyond the first 10 google search pages. lol!

I want this plugin to be flexible like users can pay $15 if the file is 20 mb and $1 for every mb after, kind of like jungle disk. or a 1 time fee let’s say $20 for an audio file and $60 for a video file. Any ideas?

I’m completely new to wp and I did try to find the answer using the search feature, but no such luck. I am using 2.5 free wp with ecommerce for my website. I sell a physical product through a drop-shipper. My drop shipper charges a handling fee per order (not item). Instead of kicking this cost back to my customers via product pricing, it would be much simpler to add a flat handling fee at the time of checkout but I can’t find out how to do this. Is it possible? if so, how? Also, I did find an area where there is a “Merchant note” and I tried to place my blurp about paying said handling fee at time of checkout, but that feature did not work – doesn’t show up anywhere, anyone know how to fix that as well?
