Facebook Album Feed not updating

Hello, I use Facebook album as my feed. I would like to display all photos from all posts ever been uploaded to Facebook page.

In past I used some album ID (don’t know now where I found it, probably URL) and it worked fine. It stopped working about month ago. Old photos are still displayed but new photos don’t load.

I tried to authenticate again, rebuild cache, but nothing works. If I use ID of existing album everything works fine. Is there any new way how to display all FB page photos?

Instagram videos not showing on Flow-Flow Lite feed

I have added an Instagram feed for our client’s website with Flow-Flow Lite. But the problem is, any of the video posts on their Instagram profile aren’t showing on the feed. It shows only text for the video posts.

I found and earlier thread from 2,5 years ago on the same topic that is marked resolved. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/instagram-video-thubnails-constantly-breaking/ But we have this issue still. What can we do?

Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token

We’re having this issue on a clients site, it was working perfectly before but now we’re getting ‘Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token’. We’ve tried to refresh the token, log out and connect again. Also removed the app in Facebook settings and reconnected but still getting the same error.

Problem when creating FB and IG Feeds

Hello,

I’m writing this message because what I’m having problems when trying to add Facebook and Instagram feeds to my website with Flow-Flow.

I currently have a Twitter feed properly working on the website, but I can’t get Facebook and Instagram to work.

I receive the following errores when trying to create a feed:

Facebook
App received next error message for this feed:
(#200) Provide valid app ID

(obviously, the Facebook page ID that I am introducing it’s valid as I have received this same ID number from several pages that get your Facebook page ID)

Instagram
App received next error message for this feed:
An active access token must be used to query information about the current user.

(in this case, I’ve tried using the username in so many possible ways: with @, without it, etc.)

Could you please provide some help on this issue?

Problem with Facebook Feeds

I’ve faced this issue before. Some of the Facebook feeds aren’t working anymore and it’s showing the following error messagen:

Last time I was told to update the plugin version and the problem would be solved. But I’m already using the latest version (Flow-Flow v. 4.8.7) and just updated it again to be sure. I’ve also recreated the authentification token to make sure there’s no issue on this end. I also tried deleting and recreating the feeds. No changes. Still the same error.

Could you please help solve this issue?

PHP Fatal error

Hello dear plugin devs. Thank you for the lovely plugin. I do have one major issue when using the Lite version on my site(s). When I update the plugin I first need to clear server cache (WP Engine) before the feeds show on the front-end. Then they work again for some time, until they disappear again for no reason (I’ve tested on different browsers with same result).
On the above listed website I experience PHP Fatal Error when I update the site. Below is the error message.
Is there a known issue related to this?
Do I need to include exception rules when caching (on WP Engine)?
Is there something else going on?

Flow-Flow slick slider conflict

Hi,

I’m using slick slider (https://kenwheeler.github.io/slick/) and Flow-Flow and I noticed that Slick and Flow-Flow use some of the same classes.

Flow-Flow declares at least “slick-prev” and “slick-next” class which Slick slider also uses.
Flow-Flow might some other slick-* classes as well.

Please use ff-arrow or something else.
Slick is a very common slider plugin and I was struggling with my CSS stylings before I noticed the duplicate classes.

Error using Flow Flow social stream plugin

Hi,
We are using flow-flow which is a social stream plugin.

The plugin works perfect in standalone pages on wordpress.

However when we insert the plugin shortcode into a tab of a page using “tabby responsive tabs” the feed stops working well.

We have read about a similar problem with galleries and “tabby responsive tabs” in this post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/loading-gallery-in-tabby-responsive-tabs/. but the solutions proposed there (css and javascript) are not working.

Could you give us an idea about how to solve it?

Facebook Post in different Languages

There is the option to translate a facebook post into different languages, but in the flow flow lite plugin, the translation isn’t working, so there is only the first language visible (for example english), even though the main language of the site is french.
The question is: does flow flow allow the translation when I upgrade to PRO Version?
