Advanced Views (view_65ef28850c35f) template: Unable to find template “view_65ef28850c35f.twig” (looked into: /home/curriemotors/public_html/wp-content/uploads/acf-views).
I have upgraded hosting and tried everything to resolve it. Sometimes they load, then other times they all don’t. This is also what’s in your debugging dump file (just a part)
{“error_logs”:”E_WARNING : file_get_contents(/home/curriemotors/public_html/wp-content/uploads/acf-views/view_65eefcc910016.twig): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory\n2024-07-23 16:17:19 (/acf-views/prefixed_vendors/vendor/twig/twig/src/Loader/FilesystemLoader.php:107)
Can you help at all?
]]>First of all, is there something seriously wrong with the search function on this site? It’s not working for me AT ALL. If this issue has already been handled, I apologize.
ok, so I installed Code Profiler on the client’s website. I went to set it up and run it, and it literally says: “The following folder is not writable: /home/[website]/public_html/wp-content/uploads/code-profiler. Please change its permissions or ownership so that Code Profiler can write to it.”
After starting a scan, it says “Cannot create the report: the profiler did not generate a data file (#1). Make sure the following directory is writable: /home/[website]/public_html/wp-content/uploads/code-profiler/. If you are using a caching plugin or an opcode cache, try to disable it. You may also find more details about the error in the “Log” tab.”
I got on a chat yesterday to learn that #1, GoDaddy has slow, arrogant, unhelpful chat reps, and #2, there is no /public_html/ on Managed WordPress Hosting with GoDaddy. It’s something else, like /sssss234234234/html/ or some stuff.
So, the question is, Can I get this to work on that hosting enviroment, and, if so, how?
Thanks so much!

]]>All other folders under wp-content and uploads remain 755. This means any files uploaded to the site after the beginning of the new year don’t show in the media library or on the website. I have to login to cPanel on 20+ and reset the permissions to 755 for the folders and 644 for the files.
On all the sites I have the Full URL path to files
set to a subdomain (e.g. https://img.mydomain.com) that points to the wp-content/uploads
folder.
I don’t know how I can force the date on shared hosting to trip the year change to test this fully.
Could you please check the code to see if there is a reason this is happening.
Many Thanks!
All other folders under wp-content and uploads remain 755. This means any files uploaded to the site after the beginning of the new year don’t show in the media library or on the website.
I have checked with my hosting company and they don’t know why this would be happening. Has anyone else experienced this and know why it might be happening? It has got to the stage where I login to the cPanel on every site I know clients are actively uploading images and reset the permissions.
Thanks.
]]>Here is what it looks like in the email:
https://ibb.co/3CjnDtb
MailPoet Error: MailPoet requires write permissions inside the /wp-content/uploads folder. Please read our instructions on how to resolve this issue.
The Page “Calendar” uses the “/calendar” slug: the Events Calendar plugin will show its calendar in place of the page.
Failed to render template “newsletters.html”. Please ensure the template cache folder “/home/*old_user_name*/public_html/wp-content/uploads/mailpoet/cache” exists and has write permissions. Terminated with error: “Unable to create the cache directory (/home/*old_user_name*/public_html/wp-content/uploads/mailpoet/cache/11).”
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
* Checked everything on this help page and several others: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/152-minimum-requirements-for-mailpoet-3#folder_permissions
* Followed the instructions in the video on the above page
* Checked with GoDaddy that all permissions are correct, PHP is installed, etc.
* Uninstalled and reinstalled MailPoet 2 and MailPoet 3.
* Searched Google, YouTube, and this site for other inquiries
I think the issue lies with the last error in that MailPoet is looking for a directory structure under the previous site. Is there a way to manually change that directory to the new directory structure? Or is there a way to get MailPoet to refresh the settings to point to the current site?
Many, many thanks for any help you can provide!
]]>We’re looking for support with this recent occurrence of “temp-write-test” files getting populated/triggered in the /wp-content folders on several of our sites. The files are completely empty (0 bytes).
When this first started happening a little over a month ago, it was recommended to us by our hosting provider (SiteGround) to adjust our folder permissions and to make sure the WP Filesystem API Method is showing “direct.” We adjusted the folder permissions for all our sites and this issue stopped until a little less than a week ago and we don’t understand or know why. Now it seems to be slowing occurring again.
This is an issue for us because we use a security plugin on all our sites called, “BulletProof Security Pro.” This plugin scans our site files at a certain time interval, using crons, and quarantines any files that are different. So this can be particularly disruptive for us since these “temp-write-test” files are dynamic files, which means they can’t be excluded from these scans, and get quarantined each time they get populated/triggered. Then, we have to address the issue by deleting them every time they are generated. Whereas ideally, we would want to reduce these false positives (by not having these files get generated anymore) and only be alerted to quarantined files that could pose a legitimate “threat” to our site.
We have contacted our hosting provider and BulletProof Security Pro for support and taken it as far as we could with them but the issue is still not resolved.
If it helps with the narrowing down of the issue, as we read in another forum post, we do seem to be able to update and install new plugins and themes without any issues from what we’ve noticed.
Is there anything that we can do to resolve this issue? Or are there other pieces of information that would be helpful to know to troubleshoot this?
Thank you,

ERROR - WordPress does not have permissions to write to the "Downloads Folder" (/public_html/mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/amazon-associates-link-builder). Please grant permissions or pick a different folder from the Amazon Associates Link Builder plugin's settings page, otherwise your links to Amazon might not display correctly.
The permissions for the folder are set to 755
.
When I activate the plugin, I see that all folders that belongs to plugin (fvm folder and subfolders) are 754 , and website looks broken if I don’t fix the file permissions manually.
I asked the siteground technical team and they told me that I should contact with you about this. So what do you suggest ?
Thanks.
Been a while and I have a very weird one that I just don’t understand.
So we are on a Windows server and I have installed a new wordpress site and it’s sole purpose is to run GeoDirectory.
I am in the middle of setting it up and all of a sudden, images I load are not appearing. They have uploaded and sitting pretty in the upload folder but not showing in the media or on the website. Instantly I took to the security and ensured IUSR and IIS_IUSRS where correct and they are. However when I click apply the images are there in media and now working but new ones are not and then I have to reapply security.
That’s not the bizarre part for me though and maybe where my technical understanding ends. I also have the Facebook importer for GeoDirectory and that is successful uploading images and they are working just fine without security issues!!
Hopefully, I am just missing something really simple and someone can shed some light on this for me.
As per specs, mySQL 5.1, up to date on everything wordpress and updates.
Regards and thanks
