The plugin installed properly with no errors. The required plugin installed and activated with no errors. The OCDI installed and activated. – THE PROBLEM IS:

When attemping to import demo pages from Dashboard, this error stops the import with no direction to correcting it:

wp-content/themes/mrblack/ocdi/theme-customizer.dat

Can anyone shine some light on this, no response from author yet.

Forbidden

Backend.

Whatever I edit on the Event Manager Setting and click save, it will show ‘Forbidden’ on a new tab. Even when i don’t make any changes, and just click save, it will also show ‘Forbidden’.

I have done all the permission instructions as per previous threads, i have contacted the hosting provider, clear cache, nothing seems to work. No problem with other plugins.

Please advise.

Forbidden – spam user message at woocommerce checkout

I have had reports from three different people that at checkout they get the forbidden spam user message and cant proceed. Luckily they come to me and completed the sale, i will have also lost revenue due to others who dont contact.

What is causing this? Note – this is guest checkout as the users cant register. In the mean time, i have deactivated the anti-spam plugin.

Error by using “Select List” – please help

Hi all,

We are using Woocommerce. When we want to add some options to the products most of it works like: Images, Radio Buttons and checkboxes.

But if we choose “Select List” by custom fields, and update the product we are getting a “Forbidden, You don’t have permission to access this resource.” After this, product is not saved and no select list.

Does anyone know this issue and how to solve it?

Can’t Access Admin Page

I haven’t been to the website in a year or so, since the 5.5.12 update, so I’m assuming something broke there. The access to my admin page (https://radicallymoderate.co/wp-admin/) is giving me the following error:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Meanwhile, when I login to WordPress in general with the admin email account, the website itself is nowhere to be found on my list of sites. The main page of the website (https://radicallymoderate.co/) just gives me this error:

There has been a critical error on your website.

I can’t do the debugging since I can’t access the admin page, and when I login to wordpress in general the website is not listed as one of my domains. Any ideas?

Cannot Update Yoast SEO settings – Meta description to use for Author page

I am the owner of our site and have full admin access. Recently, when trying to update an author profile using Yoast SEO Settings under ‘Users’ menu item, I repeatedly encounter 403 forbidden errors. The file permission for profile.php is set correctly as 0644 – as the owner I should have permission.

I disabled all plugins and cleared the browser cache. Still the error persists. There are no related errors in the server log and we do not have ModSecurity enabled in cPanel.

Can anyone provide any insights please?

I am trying to integrate GiveWP on my website, the website is located at www.urbanaid.org.au, and if you click on the “Sample Page” button on the top right, and try to make a test donation, you will see that the page redirects to just “Forbidden”

I cannot seem to resolve this, and any help will be super appreciated.

403 (Forbidden) error on shipping calculator after changing shipping method.

Hello
I noticed an error on the shipping calculator.
These are the steps to reproduce the error. I ran this test on my dev site with only Woocommerce active and the Storefront theme:

Activate shipping for the website and activate the shipping calculator
Create any two shipping methods on a shipping zone (on my test, ‘Flat rate’ and ‘Free shipping’)
Add a product to your cart and go to the cart page
Switch the shipping method from the current value to any other (on my test, ‘Flat rate’ to ‘free Shipping’)
Press the “Change Address” link, select any other state and press the “Update” button. The address won’t change.
Open the browser’s console, and you should see the 403 Error

This error started to appear with version 9.3.0 and still occurs with version 9.3.2.
For now I’m using version 9.2.3.
