Unwanted brackets in contact form

Hi,

I have a contact form set up which allows us to add products to a quote form.

However, the content is enclosed with an opening [ and then closing ] bracket.

I cannot link to the page as it is a test site so has to remain private.

WordPress randomly removing specific code from content

I have not found a solution specific to the code I’m using… Here’s what’s happening.

I edit my product in the text editor, and when I add a button for the product I add this code:

It works fine for a day or two but then I get clients complaining they can’t click the button, so I go back to check the editor and I find this code:

I have a subscription form on the page with multiple lists preselected. If a person deselects all the lists, they are still subscribed to all of the lists even though they chose none. Also, if I check a box for only 1 of the 5 lists, they end up being subscribed to lists 1-4 and not the 5th one. I am not sure when this started happening, but it is happening for sure after the latest newsletter update.

Is there any way to get updated form code back from PayPal, like after changing prices of options in a dropdown?

I created a button in WordPress, decided it was time to change the price on something (more to test it than anything), found I couldn’t do it in WP but instead had to jump back over to PayPal (which is okay, but may need to be spelled out somewhere more visible), changed the price, went back to WP, and both frontend and backend show the old price.

It looks to me like the only time code gets stored is after it creates and stores the button in PayPal.

Quickfix, off the top of my head would be on updating the post object in WordPress, issue a BMGetButtonDetails call to get the latest code, though I couldn’t say how well that fits into the UX.

I’m trying to add a form to my FB page to join the mailing list and I’m having trouble putting the code in. I have tried the codes for putting the form on my website and it doesn’t work. I’ve made the tab and everything, I just need the form code to get their email,s even just to my email address.

Hello. I have a client who uses LeadPages and wants me to incorporate WPNewsman with it. LeadPages has an html option and worked fine BUT there are fields that I did not put on my form & are showing when I put the code in.
First this is the form I am referencing. I only ask for First Name and Email. Form Pic
Here is the screenshot of what comes up when I put the code the form gives me into the html section. HTML Form
Where are these bottom 2 fields coming from? If you look on the left I can delete the bottom 2 fields but when I the form doesn’t work.
Where do I go and how do I change this code??
