2. The fixed width of the popup window of fields visibility toggle is not good, 350px is not suitable for my situation(400px is ok). You may need to find a better solution to ajust the width to the max content.

]]>I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction.
I want to create a form that asks the questions and on the basis of those questions gives a specific result.
Example of this would be:-
Surname
Date of Birth
Post Code
These would give the date of expiry of insurance as an example.
What would I need to achieve something like this?
]]>I have a website which has a series of forms…
form 1 select an option click submit
This takes you to form 2
form 2 takes the selected value from form 1 and queries the database for
options to show in a select box on this form. Select an option click submit
This takes you to form 3
and it also takes the value from form 2 to query the database and show you some results, using the option from form 1 and from form 2
This is fairly common form functionality but it is surprising gravity forms tech support replied back to me saying they currently can’t do this.
I even asked Dustin Hartzler from yourwebsiteengineer.com who is pretty knowledgable on plugins, etc and even he said he doesn’t know of such a plugin.
I have created my own plugin to do this, but it is not a dynamic plug in, I just wrote code I needed to satisfy this requirement on a site I was working on.
If anyone knows of such a plugin please advise.
Thanks in advance for your time

I’m wondering if there is a plugin(s) that can help do this, or will I have to hire a programmer to create a custom solution.
I have a client who delivers water to different regional zones each day based on a schedule.
So on Tuesday the 27th, he may deliver to zone 1, and he’ll be back to that same zone in about 2 weeks. The next day, he’ll deliver to zone 2, etc.
He would first sends an email to all residents located in zone 1 a couple of days before the delivery day so customers can place their order online. The email would mention that the deadline to place their order is on the delivery day, but no later than 8am. After that, the customer will have to wait 2 weeks for the next delivery.
All too often, customers would place their order too late that day, or even place their order a couple days AFTER the deadline and then wonder why they didn’t get their water in time – they don’t read the red font warning in the email and on the web page.
So my solution is to implement a system where when the client clicks the submit button to place their order, a pop up window appears and tells them when their order will be delivered. If they missed the deadline for their location, then a warning pop up window appears which says that they missed the last delivery schedule and the next scheduled delivery will be on [insert date here]. Then they would click on “continue” to finish placing their order.
So whatever system I implement would have to know the delivery schedule for each zone for the next month or two so it knows when the next delivery is for the selected zone.
Is there a plugin that exist for that? Is there a term I should be googling that would list such plugins or solutions?
Thanks.
]]>Additionally I would like the details stored in a database so if the user returns and enters the same email address a second time they get the same pin they were provided the first time.
Is this possible with this plugin?
Thanks
