Hi,

I am trying to edit the default profile page form, but unable to do so. I clicked on the plus sign to add the fields but it is not working.

Please help.

I am using elementor pro but forminator form is not visible on the website. I used a short code as forminator widget is not showing under wordpress widgets. I have deleted the cache, change behaviour settings but still form is not visible.

Please help.

Multi Step Form Submits after page one instead of going to the next page

When I go to page two of this form, it submits before letting me go to page two of the form to continue entering info. This results in now all the data being received. I have the most up-to-date version of the plugins and I even tried rebuilding the form from scratch without success.

Please help me get this working again.

If we create more than 2 steps, both NEXT and SUBMIT buttons appear at step 2. After updating it to the latest version, this has pretty much crashed the live forms with more than 2 steps. Please confirm if it is a bug or there is something wrong at our/developer end? Thank you.

Contact forms keep loading

Every 15 hours or so my contact forms on the website stop working and keep loading without sending the email.

This problem ends when I purge the cache.

Hello! Please help a newbie out! This is my first time attempting to create a blog and so far it has been taking me some time!! I have figured out many things by trial and error, however I am having an issue with getting my Newsletter form to ask for First Name in addition to Email. I did find where I can elect for this information to be collected however it is not showing up on my webpage still.. Can someone please help me!! I will be forever grateful!! Thank you in advance!

Hey guys, I have the pro version installed and since last week I have been receiving the entries with required responses missing. I think it happens when selecting more than 1 option in the checkbox field.

Issues after updating

I did an update of a bunch of plugins and not sure if it was this one or not or how long it has been this way. But I can’t get it to come up on the website and when I go into the settings and the SP contact form i go to my employment form name and then settings and the form information is gone everything else is there but the main form information won’t show up?

I did change script load method for public website to direct. I tried on all browsers. Nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Additional Form Fields & Live form Issue

I’m having two issues with this plugin and hopefully someone can help me.

1. Using the opt-in form creator in the plugin (NOT the form creator in the actual IS app), I cannot figure out how to add additional form fields. The most I can do is First Name + Last Name + Email. I’d also like to add State and possibly Phone.

2. When I create an Opt-in form in the plugin, the Image, Title, and Description aren’t visible when I make the form live. The form looks good in Preview but not in Live. See screenshot here: https://i.imgur.com/PzUXm1e.png
